The 1998 Porsche Boxster is a compact, convertible, two-passenger sports car which represents the entry point into this legendary German fleet of cars. The Boxster is a RWD vehicle powered by a 2.5L horizontally-opposed six-cylinder engine. This unit produces 201 hp, 181 lb-ft of torque, and it is paired with a five-speed manual transmission. A five-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission is available as well.
