2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overview

A mid-size SUV, the five-passenger 2000 Jeep Cherokee boasts a rugged exterior style outside with a well-equipped and comfortable interior. The Grand Cherokee is offered in two trims; the Laredo and the Limited, both of which are available with RWD or 4WD. Only one powerplant is available and it is a 195 hp 4.0L inline six-cylinder engine, which produces 230 lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission, and helps the Jeep achieve over 20 mpg in both RWD and 4WD guise.
