A popular seller in the compact pick-up truck category, the 2002 Ford Ranger rolls into the new model year relatively unchanged as it waits for significant enhancements in 2003. Ranger buyers have plenty of choice in cab configurations, engines, transmissions and your choice of two or four wheel drive. Under the hood, the Ranger features engines ranging from a 2.3-liter inline 4-cylinder to a 4.0-liter gas-powered V6. The Ford Ranger comes nicely equipped with air conditioning, cruise control, ABS brakes, an adjustable steering wheel and AM/FM/CD audio.
