Updated from the previous model year, the 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer is a compact four-door sedan powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 152 hp for a 0-60 time of 9.1 seconds. Transmission options consist of a 5-speed CVT, 5-speed manual and 6-speed paddle shift CVT transmission. Paired with 4WD the Lancer is capable of an EPA estimated 22 mpg city and 29 mpg highway, for a combined rating of 25 mpg. Features include air conditioning, single disc CD player, rear spoiler, external temperature display, power mirrors, 12V power outlet, 4-speaker sound system and speed sensitive volume control. Safety is comprised of front airbags, rear airbags, dual front side-mounted airbags, emergency interior trunk release, head-restraint whiplash protection system and tire pressure monitoring. The Lancer is backed by a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.
