2011 Volvo V50 Overview

The 2011 Volvo V50 is the station wagon version of the Volvo S40 and is powered by the same 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine that produces 227 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. The FWD drivetrain is paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission that enable the V50 to achieve an EPA estimated 21 mpg city and 30 mpg highway. Options include heated seats, moonroof, rear park assist, blind spot information system, headlight washers, hands-free phone capabilities, navigation with real time traffic, high performance audio system and leather seats. Safety is comprised of anti-lock braking system, electronic brake assistance, dynamic stability control, traction control, anti-skid system, intelligent driver information system, inflatable curtain, front airbags, side-impact airbags and side-impact protection system. The V50 is backed by a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.
