2012 Acura MDX Overview

A mid-size luxury SUV with seating for seven, the 2012 Acura MDX is powered by a 3.7-liter V6 VTEC? engine that produces 300 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed automatic transmission is paired with AWD to enable the MDX to achieve an EPA estimated 16 mpg city and 21 mpg highway, for a combined 18 mpg. The MDX comes equipped with several sport features; paddle shifters, super-handling AWD, performance braking, and a rigid body structure. Features include HID headlights, blind spot information system, adaptive cruise control, hands-free phone capabilities, automatic climate control, GPS-linked temperature control, iPod integration, rear seat entertainment system, real-time traffic/weather, and voice recognition. Safety is comprised of an advanced airbag system, vehicle stability assist, collision mitigation brake system, anti-lock braking, and tire pressure monitoring. The MDX is backed by a 4-year/50,000-mile warranty.
