2012 Audi A6 Overview

The 2012 Audi A6 is a mid-size luxury sedan that is available with a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine or an optional 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine. The base 2.0-liter engine is paired with a CVT transmission to produce 211 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. Upgrading to the 3.0-liter engine grants the driver an 8-speed automatic transmission and a boosted engine performance of 310 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is an EPA estimated 25 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. Available features include LED taillights, heated side mirrors, dual exhaust pipes, heated windshield nozzles, xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, front and rear parking sensors, leather interior, heated steering wheel, four-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, sunroof with sliding and tilting functions, heated rear seats, keyless start, six-disc CD changer, BOSE? sound system, navigation, and hands-free phone capabilities. Safety is comprised of front head airbags, head curtain airbags, thorax side airbags, knee airbags, anti-lock braking, electronic brake distribution, traction control, electronic stabilization, and night vision with pedestrian detection.
