Both 2012 Audi R8 variants are available with a 420-horsepower, 4.2 liter V-8 or a 525-horsepower, 5.2 liter V-10 engine. Matched with Audi quattro all-wheel drive, the Audi R8?s 6-speed manual or R Tronic gearbox propels the spinning of standard 19-inch alloy wheels. The cabin of the 2012 R8 comprises of sport seats featuring leather mixed with alcantara, six-disc CD changer, Bluetooth, air conditioning and HomeLink. Optional equipment available on the 2012 Audi R8 includes LED headlights, Audi Carbon Ceramic brakes as well as Bang & Olufsen Sound System. Also available in the United States for the 2012 model year, the Audi R8 GT takes the supercar?s performance to a new level. Featuring exterior touches such as a fixed rear spoiler and carbon accents, the R8 GT?s V-10 powerplant sings with 560 horsepower. Sale of the Audi R8 GT will be limited to just 90 cars in United States.
