2012 Lincoln MKS Overview

The 2012 Lincoln MKS is a full-size luxury sedan available in FWD and AWD drivetrains. The base MKS is powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces 274 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. For increased performance, Lincoln offers an optional Ecoboost trim level, equipped with a 3.5-liter twin turbo direct injection V6 engine that yields 355 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are paired to the same 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle activation. Fuel mileage falls within an EPA estimated range of 16 mpg city to 25 mpg highway, depending on engine and drivetrain selection. Features include dual chrome exhaust tips, 20-inch wheels, dual-panel moonroof, leather trimmed seats, heated front seats, cooled front seats, capless fuel filler, SYNC? technology, voice activated navigation, surround sound audio, rear view camera, adaptive HID headlamps with auto high beams, and rear window power sunshade. Safety is comprised of active park assist, dual-stage front airbags, side-curtain airbags, anti-lock braking, AdvanceTrac? with electronic stability control, and SOS Post Crash Alert System?. The MKS is backed by a 4-year/50,000-mile warranty.
