The 2012 MINI Cooper Coupe is a compact car offered in standard, S, and John Cooper Works trim levels. The standard FWD Cooper Coupe is powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 121 hp and 114 lb-ft of torque while the Cooper Hardtop S comes equipped with a turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 181 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque. For even more performance MINI offers the John Cooper Works trim, powered by a twin turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 208 hp and 192 lb-ft of torque.
