2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse Overview

The 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse is a compact sports coupe available with two different engines; a standard 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 162 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque and an optional 3.8-liter V6 engine that yields 265 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque. Transmissions consist of a 5-speed manual, 4-speed automatic, and 5-speed automatic transmission. Fuel mileage falls within an EPA estimated range of 17 mpg city to 28 mpg highway, depending on engine selection. Features include black-out roof, 18-inch alloy wheels, premium audio system, sport bucket seats, sport suspension, aluminum sport pedals, hands-free phone capabilities, and rear-view backup camera. Safety is comprised of six standard airbags, anti-lock braking, active stability control, and rigid construction. The Eclipse is backed by a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.
