2012 Toyota Avalon Overview

Fresh off of last year's redesign, the full-size 2012 Toyota Avalon sedan is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 268 hp and 248 lb-ft of torque. FWD is paired with an electronically controlled 6-speed automatic transmission (ECT-i) to achieve fuel mileage within an EPA estimated range of 20 mpg city and 29 mpg highway. Features include HID headlamps, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual zone automatic climate control, Bluetooth? wireless technology, voice-activated touch-screen DVD navigation system, heated front seats, and power rear window shade. Safety is comprised of vehicle stability control (VSC), traction control (TRAC), anti-lock brake system (ABS), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), advanced airbags, and smart stop technology (SST). The Avalon is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
