2013 Chevrolet Malibu Overview

Redesigned for 2013, the Chevrolet Malibu is a mid-size sedan with seating for five. Available with two different engines; standard Malibu's are equipped with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 197 hp and 191 lb-ft of torque while Eco trim levels are outfitted with a 2.4-liter gas/electric engine that yields 182 hp and 171 lb-ft of torque. FWD paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission enables the Malibu to achieve an EPA estimated 25 mpg city and 37 mpg highway (Eco trim). Features include sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear vision camera, remote vehicle starter, hands-free phone capabilities, and OnStar?. Safety is comprised of 10 standard airbags, brake assist, StabiliTrak?, and automatic crash response. The Malibu is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
