2013 Hyundai Accent Overview

The Hyundai Accent is a?subcompact car?available in sedan and hatchback trim levels. The Accent is powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 138 hp and 123 lb-ft of torque. Transmission options consist of a 6-speed manual and an optional 6-speed automatic. Equipped with FWD, the Accent achieves an EPA estimated 30 mpg city and 40 mpg highway. Changes include standard heated side mirrors, air conditioning, and remote keyless entry. Features include 16-inch wheels, steering-wheel mounted controls, hands-free phone capabilities, iPod/USB jack, 6-speaker sound system, and CD/MP3 player. Safety is comprised of vehicle stability management, electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic brake distribution (EBD), brake assist (BA), front-impact airbags, side curtain airbags, and tire pressure monitoring. The Accent is backed by a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.
