2013 Kia Sorento Overview

Largely unchanged for 2013, the Kia Sorento is a mid-size crossover SUV available with two different engines; a standard 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 175 hp and 169 lb-ft of torque, and an optional 3.5-liter V6 engine that generates 276 hp and 248 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed automatic transmission can be paired with standard FWD or optional AWD to yield an EPA estimated range of 18 mpg city to 32 mpg highway, depending on engine and drivetrain selection. Features include 18-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, surround sound audio system, navigation system with rear-camera display, audio input jacks, push button start, dual-zone climate control, leather seating, air-cooled driver seat, and heated front seats. Safety is comprised of an advanced airbag system, child-seat LATCH system, anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), brake assist system (BA), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD),and tire-pressure monitoring (TPMS). The Sorento is backed by a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.
