Last week I had the privilege of buying another car from Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn Mass.. I had purchased a Tacoma in 2010 from them, everything worked out positive and I had no issues. They are professional, no hassle, and will get you what you want without any pressure (unlike most dealers). They work very well together as a team, and will communicate every aspect of the sale so you are fully aware of what is going on. Kennedy Lidonde was my sales rep and Shawn Merrick did the financing, they worked like a dream team together without a hitch! Its nice to be able to go to a dealer and get things done the right way. I will be back, thank you again!

Wonderful experience with this dealer, Dhimitri Lako is my sales person and he is wonderful. This dealer does not push you or deceive you to buying anything. We were originally came to purchase a Frs online quoted price 23k due to some miscommunition the price was actually 27k due to scions pure pricing. But the dealer were nice enough to honor that price to us, we than ask them about the wrx dhimitri said that it's a much better car. We went with the wrx sign all require information and off we went.

Best experience i ever had at a dealership, whal and the whole crew treated my mom and I like buying a car dosnt have to be a bad thing. I've bought tacoma trucks for years, I hate the thought of taking that step to buy a new one, it's torture. Not this time. I now have a 2015 toyota tacoma and mom left with a 2013 rav4 in October. Just went back for my first oil change and was greeted in the parking lot with smiles, he remembered my name and couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. Im sorry I hadn't shared this sooner.
