Who Helped Me:Billy, What's-his-name a.k.a. the big shot recruited from another Boston area dealership, District Manager who should send some of the staff across the street to the unemployment office
BELIEVE EVERY Negative (realistic) review, they are as untrustworthy, sleazy, and double-talking as others have said on this and other sites. They play games, lie, WILL cheat you on your trade UNLESS of course you buy TODAY! Apparently, their General Manager will try to get you back AFTER you walked out the door! They don't realize or care that trying to get a customer back AFTER you've lost them is VERY EXPENSIVE! Contact me for what proof I have to support what I have written. STAY AWAY! We consumers Don't deserve to be mistreated buy ANY car dealership, especially a Toyota dealership! For the people who have posted negative reviews; write to the Better Business Bureau and Toyota Corporation, as well. The only people who came close to being helpful was Tom, the second-in-command since the GM was away and the salesman who took me on a test drive. PS: If I were you Mr. District Manager, I would save some of that defensive, strong-arming, talk-first-maybe-listen-later behavior for the low-quality employees in this dealership that inspires a customer to call you in the first place.

I got rates for ne toyota camry 2015 over the phone and wanted to test drive that car. When I went to showroom i did ask for that salesman he was on leave someone named billy talked to me and saw comments from old salesman. He saw comments on file and directly said this deal can't be done. I m sorry.. xxx he didn't even took me for a ride and he didn't even talked to me.. This was worst experience ever with Ira Toyota and I will never recommend anyone to visit this place since this was really insuting to me.. They were suppose to talk to me as I was giving them business. The worst part is when I told them to take me for test drive they told me thats the car relying out side show room you can take a look and that salesman went away without taking me for test drive... xxx guys!!!!!

I went into the Toyota of Milford because the ABS light and a couple other lights came on suddenly in my Prius. I thought the problem might be covered under a recall that had been made for some type of sensor in my car ( I had received a letter in the mail). While I figured it was unlikely the lights in my car were related to the recall, I figured I'd give it a shot. As I expected, the dealership service folk told me the service lights on in my car had nothing to do with the recall I was notified about. I of course understood. However, I was quite surprised when they told me I needed a new "wiring harness" that would cost $7500 ( I believe this was the quote, it was definitely over $7k). The servicewoman warned me that failure to fix the wiring harness would ultimately result in "lots of electrical problems." Anyway, to make a long story short I took the car to my local mechanic who quickly identified a wire that had somehow split behind the front driver's side wheel. I watched him splice the wire back together in about 2 minutes. The lights went off after he did this. He did not charge me anything and was confused when I told him about the recommendation I had received from the Toyota dealership. I found the experience disturbing and would not go back to this dealership.
