Have had good experiences here for the most part. Edwin in service has always treated my wife well and for that she would always request him. He helped her out on several occasions with various compromises that made us happy when things did not go to plan. The sales team was decent and treated us well. They are very busy here and occasionally would drop the ball. Like I said, Edwin would personally make sure things were fixed and we were happy. Would do business here again.

Classic case of bait and switch. On the dealership website they advertised a used base model Corolla for a price that was easily $3k below anything for sale within a 50 mile radius with similar stats. However, the images attached to the listing were of an LE model--you could see the letters on the back. I called and emailed twice (under different names) to verify this listing was legit and was told that the images were in fact of the car that was for sale for a great price and that it was still available. I made an appointment and drove an hour from Manchester, NH. After arriving, we waiting 45 minutes for a salesperson to see us, without explanation. Then we were told the car we came for was out on a test drive. After we waited another 30 minutes, they told us that it just sold. We were never able to see the car before it "sold." Suddenly, the sales manager offered us a special one-time offer for a car $1,500 more than what we came in to see "because we drove all that way." We were told we could not use outside financing; however, but had to finance with them at a rate 2X worse than my credit union pre-approved me for. When I protested, I was told it was finance with them or nothing and they pressured me to sign the paperwork right then to lock-in my price with them. I then brought up that inside the instrument panel was fogging up as we test drove it, so you couldn't even see the gauges. When I quested about having that fixed before I even considered signing anything, I was told the mechanics had left for the night. I was told to "just sign" and they'd let me now later what they could do about that. I tried to walk out twice, but the finance guy kept pressuring me to stay saying I would be crazy to turn down such a deal after driving so far. I said I wouldn' sign until they told me if they could fix the dash. The sales manager told me we "couldn't expect them to take apart the dashboard for me" and said he was "backing out of the deal." All in, we wasted a 2 hour round trip and 5 hours sitting in a dealership for them to back out and ask us to leave their dealership. A waste of time and money.

I saw a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring Stock# 83329360 online at Ira Toyota of Milford 300 Fortune Blvd Milford, MA 01757 for $11990. I liked it so I called and talked to a salesman named Dominik; I asked him if I could come down and take a test drive. He told me the car was not inspected by Toyota of Milford so I could not test drive it for a day or so after inspection for safety reasons. I called Dominik a few days later and he told me the car was in the shop and they have to replace a faulty sensor that will take a few days. Well I called him a few days later and he told me the car had a wiring problem, this went on for a week and half. I looked at their website and I saw the car price has increased $2000 to $13990; at the same time Dominik was telling it was still in the shop. I got a friend to call them up and inquire about the car he talked to a salesman called Patrick and was told the car was on the lot and ready for a road test if my friend would like to come down that day 10/16/2014. If Dominik just came out and said the price went up $2000, that’s great I would except that and just move on. But no, he just keeps leading me on; neither party had a contractual agreement so I don’t understand it. The thing that annoys me most is for him wasting my time, playing these childish games. I am going to buy the car somewhere else and I would advise anyone considering doing business with these people to stay far way.

I JUST GET 2014 TUNDRA SR5 ,ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO, ON MY DEAL THE DEALER SHOUD BE INSTALL A TOYOTA NAVI ,BUT AFTHER I TOOK THE CAR THEY CALL ME TO LEAVE THE CAR FOR 2 DAYS TO HAVE THE FACTORY RADIO BE REMOVED AND INSTALL A OTHER RADIO W/ NAVI WAS NOT TOYOTA FACTORY NAVI, I TOLD THAM I DO NOT WANT ANY aftermarket RADIO TOBE REPLACE MY FACTORY RADIO ,THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT PUT A FACTORY RADIO BECAUSE WILL COST LOTS OFF EXTRA MONEY AND THEY FELL PAID TOO MUCH MONEY ON MY TRAYDE. SO HAS BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS AND I SPOKE TO EVERYONE IN THE DEALER, ABOUT COUPLE DAYS AGO THE SERVICE MG CALL ME AND TOLD ME HE WIILL FIX MY PROBLEM BUT THEY INSTALL A VERY BAD NAVI WHITOUT MY OK. IM STILL GOING IN THE DEALER EVERY DAY TO TRY TO SEE IF SOMEONE WILL HELP ME . DO NOT DO ANY DEAL WHIT THIS GUY BILL RAY BAKER .
