I leased a car for the first time from this dealership. They honored the deal that I saw on a TV ad (that brought me in) and the whole process went very smoothly! Jayson Navarro was very helpful by answering my many questions and letting me take my time to make a decision. He and his colleagues brought a positive energy into the entire car-leasing experience! Who Helped Me:I believe the supervisor I dealt with introduced himself as "Bobby". I don't remember the name of the young lady I originally dealt with.
I bought my new (2013) Honda Civic just over 2 years ago. At the time, I made it clear that I would be paying CASH for the car. After negotiating a price, the salesperson came back with paperwork that included a FINANCING "agreement" that I had expressly NOT asked for. When I complained (and reiterated my wish to pay cash), a sales supervisor told me that he would do right by me if I accepted the financing deal. That's when he suggested I accept the financing "agreement" and make 3 or 4 payments on the loan...and THEN pay the balance in cash. That's when he assured me that he would make up for any added costs I entailed by going along with the financing deal. I had wanted to pay for the car in cash not only to avoid interest payments on a loan I didn't want or need, but also to avoid the HASSLE of dealing with any lenders. [ I do NOT like dealing with banks ]. Finally, I VERY reluctantly went along with this odd arrangement...relying on the dealer's vague assurances that the extra cost would be made up to me. At no point did the staff offer to tear up the financing "agreement" and just defer to my original wishes to pay cash. I signed the papers for the loan (in spite of the costs and the hassles involved) because I needed a car. I made 3 or 4 payments on the loan and then paid the balance in cash afterward, as per instructions. On my first visit to Bernardi's subsequently I asked about the assurances I'd been given by the sales staff....but nobody admitted to knowing anything about it. Finally, someone offered me a free oil change in lieu of any promises made. As I've said...I do my best to avoid hassles; but this entire experience has me baffled. Why couldn't the sales staff honor this CUSTOMER's simple request to pay outright for my purchase. What's up with that? Is this some kind of Standard Procedure at Honda dealerships? It appears that staff are more interested in serving their own mysterious interests (whatever those interests might be), rather than those of its customers.

This is the second Honda that I've leased from Bernardi. I can not say enough good things about this place. Instead of the dreaded car buying process/feeling like my time was wasted, I really enjoyed working with Jayson. He's the best! The process was fast, easy and he works hard for his customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Jayson to anyone looking for a Honda.

The service department of Bernardi Honda in Natick surpassed even our greatest expectations today. My fiancée and I stopped in due to a light being on on the dashboard. We didn't fully understand what the issue was. Despite a crowded and busy service center, Bobby took the time to listen patiently, ask the right questions, and understand the problem. Within an hour the problem was fixed and we were on our way. Today Bobby told us, "It's all about the people skills." He is so right! In fact, I recommend he train all new service consultants in customer service. Bobby went above and beyond our expectations. If all service consultants had Bobby's decorum, skills, and expertise, car service would be a 100% stress-free experience. Bernardi Honda in Natick is lucky to have such an amazing employee!
