Took my deposit on a used BMW. The GM called me himself to tell me I would get treatment unlike any other dealership especially at Herb Chambers he said. I sure did. The next day they told me the car I put the deposit on - is sold:( A waste of my time and disrespect to any buyer. They told me there is another one just like it that just arrived. Beware of them!

The whole purchase process went so smoothly I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. I was indecisive if I should go for used car or a new car or even a leased car. John patiently calculated how much my monthly expanse was based on how long I kept my car that I was intending to trade in - he was very straightforward in his answer. And then Bo Hampton and Zack were very helpful getting the deal done after changing my mind a couple of times. I ended up buying a new M class, and got everything I wanted. These nice people make feel I wanna be their customer for life.

I purchased 3 cars from this dealer in the last 15 years (2 new cars and when it was Foreign Motors West and a certified used car this year.} Through out this time I have serviced the cars at the dealer. The dealer's facility is about 15 miles from my home. My loyalty is principally the result of the quality and the continuity of the personnel from both sales and services that I,ve worked with (same sales person and same service advisorfor the last 11 yyears). My satisfaction has been reinforced by the upgraded facilities and services provided since the dealer became part of Herb Chambers group.

I honestly have never been treated better at any dealership as I was here. Joyce, my sales person was very patient and kind. She treated me with respect and was able to answer all my questions. Dealing with the finances was a breeze, and I didn't feel as if they were trying to force me to add any optional coverages. Zini knew his job and did it well. I would come here again, definitely! Let me just start with the fact that everyone thinks bad things about a car dealership. "Sleezy 'sales guys', and lies." Not here. I'm telling you...this place is different. Instead of getting into the exact details of my complete transaction, I'm going to highlight my favorite things: 1. Ease. Starting my transaction with Ali was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better person to 'fall into contact with'. It started with a simple email about a service on my GL. I had no idea what was going to happen, but Ali guided me with a calm, confident, and almost motherly? nature. I had a feeling everything was going to be 'all good'. 2.. Transparency. No games. I knew what I was walking into when I walked into the doors in Natick. This continued throughout both of my visits. (Aside from the odd and very aggressive man in finance...I couldn't have possibly cared less for him...but this is supposed to be a positive review, so I digress...) 3. Follow up. Everyone made sure I knew my new Benz inside and out, and that there were no issues. Jon, that delivered my vehicle to my house (yes!), was an absolute professional. He is an intelligent, friendly young man, and a great listener. The world needs more Jons. So, there you have it.Well, the short of it, at least. Natick MB, you have earned a tried and true customer (surrounded by other, closer, MB stores). I can't thank you all enough for the ease of this. I have told everyone that asks about my new car, about the positive experience I had with you. Please, please, please....don't change. Good help is hard to find....and you're harboring quite a few gems. -L
