Purchasing a vehicle is usually a stress filled experience for me, but not this time. I found the vehicle I wanted on line and went to the dealership to take a look. I was greeted by Cody Banks, who was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt pretty comfortable in a very short time, took the Jeep out for a test drive and decided it was for me. We were joined by Corey Upton who I felt had much the same qualities as Cody. Wrapping up the deal, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and yeah, you guessed it, another great person to deal with..... Hey, Mr Chambers, you have some great people working at this place! Because my experience was so good, I will recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet any chance I get, and judging by how many times I have people take an interest in my Jeep, there will be plenty of them. I will be back. Thanks Guys for making this purchase as comfortable as anyone could expect..... Jack P

My husband and I were interested in a 2015 Chevy Traverse, but we were a little undecided. After meeting Greg Ormiston (sales consultant), we were immediately at ease. Very friendly, down to earth, and we never felt any pressure. He was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. When we were ready to talk figures, we met John Doucette (business manager), who was equally as friendly and professional. We felt like they truly had our best interest in mind the entire time. Definitely not the type of place people warn you about with the typical salesman. These guys are a great team and we would highly recommend them! Needless to say, we bought the 2015 Chevy Traverse and got a great deal!

I was in the market for a used car and had my options narrowed down to a handful, including the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro. I was looking for the V6, manual-transmission versions of both, anywhere from 2012 - 2014. An Internet search led me to Herb Chambers Chevrolet, as their website indicated they had one Mustang that qualified, and several Camaros. I called the dealership and spoke to Andrea, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She confirmed that the cars were on the lot, confirmed that I could come by and test drive them, and took my number so she could call me if any of the cars were sold or moved before I could come in. Several hours later a friend and I were at the dealership, and were quickly greeted by Clinton. I let him know I had called earlier about looking at the used V6 manual Mustang and Camaros, and he flatly stated, "We don't have any of those here." I clarified that I had spoken with Andrea on the phone, and her and the website both indicated otherwise, and could he set me off in the right direction if I was in the wrong place. Clinton let me know that Andrea "works in another building," and conceded that they did in fact have a used Mustang with a V6. The Mustang was a different car from the one on the website (and was an automatic) but I thought a test drive might still be informative and so we filled out the requisite paperwork and were off. During the drive Clinton was somewhat understandably (as a Chevy dealer) unkind to the Mustang. He did seem to have some enthusiasm for the Corvette, a great car, but assured us that neither I or my friend could afford one (my friend owns two). Returning to the dealership, Clinton made no effort to show me around any of the Camaros on the lot, and seemed rather indifferent to finding out what I was looking to purchase or when. We left at that point, and I purchased a car from a different dealer the next day.

Scheduled my appointment right away, listened to my issues, came and visually inspected my vehicle.
