By far not a luxury dealership. Spent $500 on service and I bought my MDX new from them and they didn't even wash or vacuum the car! They charge you a fortune, try to sell you things you don't need and the waiting area is like a run down Honda dealership not a luxury Acura dealer. This is my second MDX and last time time I will go to Acura of Peabody.

I apologize for the less than stellar experience at Acura of Peabody on your most recent visit as we take these situations very seriously. We are very competitive in the market for services rendered, always shopping the competition to ensure our pricing is in line. We also do a complimentary wash and vacuum on every vehicle that comes in for service through our state of the art car wash machine system, but obviously missed this on your vehicle. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience so that we may get your vehicle back in to perform a proper car wash and to review your service invoice to ensure you were properly billed for services rendered.

My first experience buying an Acura and from I my homework I knew the product was excellent. The sales person we dealt with Steven Ashe knew Acura vehicles inside and out. He has worked for other luxury dealers and had many many years of experience in the car business and you could tell he knew his stuff. He was pleasant, friendly and not to aggressive in his approach. I felt really comfortable that we were getting a very fair deal on our buying experience. The manner of all of the sales team I observed while waiting was courteous, relaxed, helpful. Great experience. I would highs recommend this dealership and Steven Ashe in sales. Mary Anne D.

I recently purchased a certified used MDX from Acura of Peabody and I must say the whole experience was great (and who says that about car buying, really?!) . I first looked online and was interested in a new RDX and submitted an online request and Steven reached out to me via phone to talk and set up a time to come in. When I did come in and met with Steven, I realized the MDX was the better vehicle for me and he helped me price out new and used options for what I wanted. He was very upfront and knowledgeable and I believe I bought at a fair price (no uncomfortable negotiations). It was the end of the night during their President's Day event when I was considering purchasing my car and Steven make himself available after hours and even on his day off to close the deal. When I came to pick up my car even though he was busy with other customers, he took the time to go through the car (I was not rushed at all) and all it's technology, etc. and he even offered more assistance if needed in the future. Steven has a great personality and he really went the extra mile which makes a big difference. Great experience with also with Vanessa in Finance (she make the process painless and fast) and great car - I love it! If you are in the market for a new car go see Steven, you will not be disappointed!

As usual when it's time to purchase I new car I head down to Acura of Peabody. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 TLX. I love it. Steve Ashe was my salesperson. He was top notch. The vehicles sell themselves but Steve's input was the icing on the cake. I can't say enough good things about this dealership; the staff there are professional, intelligent, and friendly. Vanessa in Finance was great and it will be a joy to deal with Cindy Prescott in Service when the time comes. She's on top of her game. Great place to shop. Great people who you can TRUST. C.A.G.

I had my best car experience ever. I felt like I was buying a Ferrari. Dealership is beautiful and very classy. Purchased the car I wanted at price I needed to be at. Vanessa in finance was amazing and beat my rate thru my current credit union by a lot. The detailing department is extremely thorough as I have seen some horrible cars going thru reconditioning at other dealers. Mike Doherty was awesome and made my experience amazing. Mike delivered my car 45 minutes away in New Hampshire to make life easier for me. Just a classy operation.
