They didn't process my lease return in a timely manner (they didn't report my car return after 2.5 months) and IFS reported me on missed payment to credit bureaus. my credit score dropped from 825 to 720. I went in to the dealership and returned my lease G37x at end of Sept. The salesperson got my car and said everything was all set. I asked him for written confirmation and he replied, the business manager was busy so they couldn't process it right away. He promised me that everything was all set and nothing to worry about. Then I went back, after more than two months, I got a call from IFS stating that I was missing payment on my lease. (I opted for paperless statement so I did't receive any warning letter, and IFS didn't call me before they started to report missed payments!! ) I called IFS back and found out the car was never marked as 'Grounded' at the dealership. They reported my late payment to credit bureaus, which negatively affected my credit report. After that, I made at least 5 phone calls to the dealership, 10 phone calls to IFS and 6 phone calls to credit bureaus trying to sort everything out. I had to go into the dealership and instructed them what to do in order to clear my credit report. Then I had to make three way phone calls with them, IFS to make sure every party is involved and understood what needed to be done. Larry apologized to me once over the phone. But still tons of frustrations and efforts!! Be careful when returning your leased vehicle to this dealership and ask for confirmation letter before you leave the dealership. Also when I tried to pick my car 4 years ago, the salesperson called me stating my car was ready, then I showed up and was told that my registration was not done!! I am sure there are nice salespersons working in this dealership, but my experience with this dealership was horrible.

After having a very negative experience with a competitive Infiniti dealership, I decided to stop by Herb Chambers in Boston as it was recommended by my co-worker. The minute I walked in this dealership, I was welcomed by Brian T. He was very polite and professional. During the lease I was working with a sales person Dzmitry K. He was very knowledgable, attentive to detail and passionate about the work he does. At the end of this process I was working with a finance manager Stacy J, who was was promt, positive and thoughtfully prepared. All three individuals (Brian, Dzmitry and Stacy) created a very positive car leasing experience for me. I would definitely recommend Herb Chamber Infiniti of Boston to all my friends and family. Alex Pina was extremely helpful in getting me the car I wanted. I sent an email inquiring about the Q50 and how I was interested in leasing one and trading my car in. I got an email back with in 20 minutes and Alex invited me to come down to discuss potential lease options that could be available to me. He was there to greet me as soon as I got in. Talk to me about the offers that were available to me. He couldn't be more attentive for what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. We went on a test drive and the best part about the drive was he never tried to sell me on the car or was pushy towards me. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. As soon as I decided to go forward with leasing the car, he made it happen so quickly. Within hours I was signing paperwork and getting the car I wanted. I want to personally thank Alex for being a professional and personable.. If your in the market to buy a car, please don't hesitate to come to infinit of Boston and ask for Alex Pina.. He made this car buying experience personally the best one I've had and couldn't be more satisfied with the way I was treated.
