This past week I took my vehicle for scheduled maintenance on my MDX. I was able to book the appointment on line, schedule a loaner vehicle and arrange manufacturer coupons seamlessly. Erin Guendner was my point person was (again) exceedingly well prepared, professional and communicative. We were in frequent contact during the course of the repairs and I was able to return the loaner at my convenience the next day. I was again impressed with the service and attention to detail exhibited by Acura of Peabody.

I scheduled maintenance on my 2011 MDX with Acura of Peabody per my regular maintenance schedule. I asked for a number of repairs to be included in the work. Erin Guendner was in frequent contact with me about pricing, additional suggested work and timetables and was very professional throughout the process. She was able to help me reduce some costs and actually took the time proactively to get my car inspected (since it was due this month) which saved me the trouble of having to do it myself. Given my hectic travel schedule this was very much appreciated. I look forward to working with Erin again.. J.S Melrose MA

Who Helped Me:Mike Doherty
The salesperson at this dealership was very unprofessional after requesting a quote and letting him know what I was looking for. Eventually, he responded to my email with a bunch of LOL's and "you could never get that" type of responses. Though I agree the price was lowballed, that is part of the negotiating process. Instead, the salesperson, Mike Doherty, decided to strong arm and respond unprofessionally. I would not recommend this salesperson. The dealership in general may have other salespeople who are a pleasure to work with but I would not recommend working with Mike Doherty.
