Abysmal customer service and unethical business practices. I was quoted, by telephone, a price for the lease of a certified pre-owned vehicle that I confirmed to the salesperson via email and discussed in a follow-up call by telephone. Upon arrival at the dealership to review the value of my trade in, the money factor used in the lease was higher than what I had confirmed in my email and the residual value was lower than what I was quoted, both making for a much more expensive transaction that made no sense financially compared to leasing a brand new vehicle. They will make promises to get you into the dealership and then not honor their quotes and try to wear you down into negotiating a transaction that is not in your favor. I would recommend instead that you purchase or lease your Volvo thru Volvo of Wellesley where I ultimately purchased my new XC60. They provided excellent customer service, no pressure tactics and full disclosure of their pricing and fees associated with a quote.

We bought a 2008 xc70 and after around 10 months transmission goes. They would not help out with repairing this. We end up trading it in for another purchase. Lost around $8000. This weekend my 2003 Toyota tacoma went in for new shocks. Frame was rotted out. Toyota is now going to replace the frame.$4000 and 2.5 days of labor to swap over but may take 4-6 months to come in. They are paying for a rental until it's done. Picked it up last night. Would I go back to 128! No.
