My wife and I just purchased an XC90 from Boston Volvo Village. Couldn't be happier with how things went. Felt we were treated very fairly and actually enjoyed dealing with Russ and Paul. What I think set them apart was transparency... they were very clear about how they arrived at price of the vehicle, trade in, etc. Also think both of them did a good job at listening to what we really wanted without trying to force something on us that we didn't need. Ultimately, we walked away happy and I hope they did too. Thanks Russ and Paul!

Peter was great to work with, positive notes end there. Waited 3 hours to get into the finance office after we agreed to terms, lost the title for the car ('10 MB C300) I bought so it didn't get delivered for 6 weeks. I have had it for less than 2 months and have spent over $1000 on a new battery, thermostat and other small things. Did not stand behind any of it , have had to talk to MA A.G. and working with them. Go see Peter ifyou want a new Volvo, otherwise stay away!

My wife and I recently bought a used XC90 from Boston Volvo Village. Marc Fasten couldn't have been nicer. His laid back approach and easy going demeanor is what made us comfortable doing this deal. We've had some "interesting" experiences with sales people at other dealerships. Like other reviews have mentioned, Armen was fair when negotiating the price of our new vehicle. Phillip in finance was prompt with the paperwork and took the time to go over the additional options for our vehicle. Being a used car there were some minor scrapes and blemishes. The day we went to get the car it was all set to go out front and looked great! Marc took the time to go through all the different aspects of the car and even made sure our phones were both connected with our new vehicle. I would highly recommend you go to Boston Volvo Village and ask for Marc Fasten!

My husband and I went to Boston Volvo Village after visiting two other Volvo dealerships. We were greeted by Marc Fasten and he was friendly, informative and easy to work with. We had seen a particular Volvo XC90 online that we were interested in. Marc quickly drove it around front and off we went on our test drive. We liked the car but there were some noticeable scratches and worn fabric. Yes it is used but for the price you are still paying we felt these were things that could be taken care of for us and so did Marc. Not a problem was his attitude from the beginning. We were thrilled with the no pressure style and ended up buying a great vehicle at a very fair price. It's been said before in other reviews, but it is true, Armen is a reasonable negotiator. Phillip in finance was easy to work with as well. He had the paperwork done in no time and explained our options to us quickly and thoroughly. The day we went to get the car it was all set to go out front and looked great! Marc took the time to go through all the different aspects of the car and even made sure our phones were both connected with our new vehicle. I would highly recommend you go to Boston Volvo Village and ask for Marc Fasten!

I just want to pass on a very positive experience that I had in dealing with Boston Volvo and our salesman Marc Fasten. After an extensive internet search, we found a car at Boston Volvo that met our price range. Marc took me for a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the car, an XC60. The car was to be purchased through my companies fleet services and we had a fixed budget. Marc was able to find a car, that fit my criteria (and hopes/wishes) and our budget. This was the only dealer, from New Jersey to New Hampshire that got me the deal right away and was within our budget! A week later two other dealers called back, willing to make a deal, but Boston Volvo hadn't wasted anytime and had already made the deal happen. When I went to pick up my car, Marc spent a lot of time showing me how everything in the car worked, and walked me through the service department, which is very impressive. He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable, which I greatly appreciated. Never did I feel like I was being "sold" anything, it felt more like a partnership, where the salesperson was just trying to help find the right car for me.
