I met with Aiman for the first time my husband was recommended to him and bought a car about a year ago. I thought it was going to be a huge headache buying my car but he made it simple stress free and actually fun. His humble personality and his constant reminder that he will make it work and I will get this car that I wanted so badly, made my tense body relaxed. Aiman was always available when needed and was flexible with my availability, and even offered to stay later after his shift to get my car off the lot and me into my brand new 2015 Toyota corolla. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received ....... Quick painless headache free no messing around got my the monthly payment I wanted and could afford. THANK YOU AIMAN!!!!!! Financing with mr tong was hassle free and actually pretty fast he was sure to explain things twice to make sure we understood the terms and conditions. I'll never shop for a car anywhere else Toyota won a lifetime customer thanks these hard working employees

I visited Toyota Certified preowned in Danvers today. My salesman was Frank M. He was a very pleasant guy but thats about it. He would not negotiate on the price of the car at all. Would not go down a penny. He kept saying pushing the warranty to justify the price. The manager Gary Cooper was extremely rude and not willing to work with us at all. I reluctantly settled on the asking price, but nicely asked if they would throw in a automatic car starter. The Manager Gary said NO. I told him I was walking out the door and the deal was over he said he would split the price of the car starter which would bump up the overall price of 200.00. I told him no I wanted the starter thrown in, seeing the did not work with me on the price of the car at all and gave us a ridiculous price on the trade in. The price they gave for the trade in on our car was actually ridiculous. As we were sitting in the showroom for over three hours with no negotiations on our side. We watched three deals collapse because they are not willing to negotiate or work with the consumer. I will not EVER go back to this dealership. I think the Manager Gary is as arrogant and rude as a person could be. I felt bad for Frank our salesman he lost a sale because of this guy. Do not use this dealership!! Go elsewhere and you will be treated like a smart, educated consumer. I will pass this information on to anyone and everyone that will listen to me.

Stopped by in the fall after visiting Subaru, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Nissan to view/compare the inside of the Highlander to it's competition. We were instantly greeted by a salesperson who was walking toward our car as we parked. We told her we were interested in seeing the inside of a Highlander, no need to test drive yet just wanted to see if the space is fitting for our family. After following her inside we were not brought to a vehicle, but rather her desk where she had training papers out. We were then asked many questions about our finances, current car payments, etc even though we continued to tell her we were not comfortable talking about it and not interested in prices or payments. After continuing to ask to see the inside of a car, she took my license and left for more than 5 minutes. We were running short on time with a babysitter at home with our children. When she finally returned she told us that we could go out to see the Highlanders, but that they were locked and she could not get the keys. We were told we could go look in the windows and then if we want to drive one she will get a key. We again told her that we were not interested in driving one, just wanted to look around at the inside. She apologized and told us that the cars were locked, she could not open them. We then left and called and left a message for management letting them know of this strange and aggravating experience.. We were quickly returned a few phone calls from upper management with many apologies which we appreciated. I continued to get weekly calls from the original sales girl leaving me voicemails to see if I still wanted to come see the Highlander so I'm not sure if any of our complaints were even brought to her. A couple of weeks after the initial visit, I received yet another phone call from Ira Toyota with someone confirming an upcoming appointment with this original sales girl! I was pretty appalled. Now, more than 2 months after the initial visit I received mail with no return address (with business postage) with only a page ripped out of the newspaper with an article about a sale Toyota is having. No other information inside the envelope. Strange, creepy and the best I can guess is that it's from this Toyota because it's the only dealership that made us give our information to them as soon as we walked in the door. We decided to not pursue a Toyota and finally bought a new vehicle at a dealer that made us feel welcome and not pressured.

Ronald made our transition from a Ford family to a Toyota family quite comfortable. Extremely tolerant of my unending questions and always able to answer or find the answers requested. I feel that he understood my needs in a vehicle and was extremely helpful in making me aware of options that fit both my personal and business requirements. Most importantly, I was not barraged by repeated calls and emails during my decision and search process My experience with the sales department for my first Toyota purchase was more comfortable than any of my previous 14 Ford dealer purchase experiences. I'll return to this dealer for future purchases, but being a Toyota I expect not so often.

I drove to my brother's house on Christmas morning in style in my 2015 Blue Crush Rav 4.. My 12 year old Corolla was still running great and looked brand new after being detailed but I decided to treat myself. The idea of buying a new car can be a daunting task, but with Blake Rickerson's enthusiasm, knowledge of the Toyota, and sense of humor, it made buying the car FUN. Not only did Blake listen but he heard me. There was a lot I was unsure of, but Blake patiently "drove" me through it. I sat in both an XLE and an LE ,contemplating which one best suited me. As Blake was explaining the differences, I decided to test drive a Corolla. Blake patiently got the keys and then started asking me questions about what I told him I was looking for. See I told you he heard me.I feel that when I walked out of the dealership to my new Rav 4, Blake was as excited FOR me as I was. You can always trust the Toyota name and Blake Rickerson to sell you your dream car. Blake Rickerson is part of the Toyota family and I feel I was treated like a family member.
