John was very helpful to me in finding the right car in my budget. The whole staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Just when I thought I had picked the right car for me, John told me about one that had just come in that he thought I would like better and he was right. I could not have made a better choice. This is the second car I bought from John and am very happy with both choices.

I BOUGHT CAR FROM MIDWAY AUTOMOTIVE IN DECEMBER 2014. TRANSACTION WAS SMOOTH. LITTLE NEGOTIATIONS ON THE PRICE. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE FINE. WE HAVE NOVEMBER 2014 NOW AND I TRIED TO SELL THIS CAR FOR LAST FEW MONTHS AND COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS NO INTEREST. WELL I FIND OUT FROM ANOTHER CAR DEALER WHEN I TRADE THIS CAR. THEY FOUND CAR HAD BAD ACCIDENT AND HUGE DAMAGE WHICH WAS COVERED BUY DEALER I BOUGHT CAR FROM. THEY MADE FRAUD, THEY RELEASED THE CAR WHICH NOT SUPPOSED TO DRIVE ON PUBLIC ROADS. USUALLY DEALER GIVES YOU PAPERS TO SIGN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND CONDITION OF THE CAR YOU ARE BUYING. THEY CHARGE ME FULL MARKET PRICE AND DIDN'T MENTION ABOUT SALVAGE CAR. I LOST 60% OF THE CAR VALUE. I FILED COMPLAIN IN ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE......WAITING FOR ANSWERS.

We are sorry (and very surprised) to hear of your dissatisfaction after such a great experience when you purchased the vehicle. As you know, you purchased the vehicle in DECEMBER OF 2013, the accident you refer to was NOT reported by CARFAX UNTIL JULY OF 2014, approximately 8 MONTHS AFTER you purchased the vehicle from us. We provided you a copy of the CARFAX Report at the time of your purchase, and since it had not been reported at that time, we were not aware that the car was in an accident. We urge you to contact CARFAX directly to resolve this issue, it appears to be their failure to report the accident in a timely manner, that has lead to your current dilemma. Please be aware that your vehicle does not have a "salvage" title as you state in your review, it was simply involved in an accident, and it appears that the accident didn't diminish the ability of the vehicle to operate properly. We stand behind every vehicle we sell, and this one is no different, if you would like to trade it in, we will take the vehicle back and place a value on it as if it WERE NOT in an accident. Once again, we regret the inconvenience, we make every effort to operate with transparency by providing the CARFAX report on every vehicle we sell, however we can't speak to the accuracy of those reports. After looking at too many other dealerships offerings, we stumbled across Midway Automotive. We knew there was a difference when we drove in. It was snowing that day and every car in the lot was spotless. The next this we noticed was the condition of the cars and how immaculately clean they were inside and out. Inside, we were greeted with an honest "Hello", no pressure and an eagerness to service. Mike was excellent taking us on as many test drives as we needed, answering every question in detail, ensuring we liked the car, helping us choose based on needs and everything about the buying and financing process. You could tell he actually liked his job and looked out for his customers. His personality was very pleasant and he was very patient. We ended up with an enjoyable buying experience, great car and left feeling satisfied. This dealership is definitely more professional than any other we visited and that's why we purchased there! Sales Representative Paul Nelson could not have been any more helpful. He was honest, patient, and answered all my questions. He spent quite a bit of time with me showing me two cars that I came in originally to look at. Even when I wasn't to sure if I want either of those two cars he spent the time with me when he could have easily moved on to another potential customer. While just making small talk another car on the lot caught my eye. He Paul did all the research I ask for on the car and he immediately followed up with me when he had it. The car was everything and more that I wanted and we just needed to get to the numbers to work. With the help of Michael Deveny we were able to get the deal done. I couldn't have gone any smoother, NO Pressure, NO stories, NO nonsense, all professionalism! I would't hesitate to by another car from this dealership and have already referred friends.
