My wife and I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Sport this week. I can say that it couldn't have been much easier. It started with an internet price from the Internet Manager Kerrie Gomes. She quoted a price that was very attractive and brought us in to look at the vehicle they had in stock. It was not our first choice of color, but after seeing it in person, it was quite stunning. Kerrie introduced us to Stephen Day. He was an absolutely delightful salesman who honestly seemed just as excited to show us the vehicle as we were to see it. He showed us many of the features and options that the car had as well as pointing out the many safety features. He joined us on a test drive to help show us the features of the car. My wife and I were quite impressed with the car as well as the salesman. Upon returning to dealership I was ready for some high pressure to buy the car. Stephen was quite the opposite, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had already obtained the internet pricing and quickly came to an agreement on our trade with Mark Gauthier, the sales manager. Instead of Stephen running back and forth, Mark joined us at the table and explained the deal quite thoroughly. I was quite adamant about seeing the exact numbers used for the deal and Mark was able to show me everything right to the penny. We quickly came to an agreement and shook on the deal. By now everyone had gone for the day, so the financing would have to wait. I received a phone call in the morning from Stephen to go over a few things and schedule a time to meet with Jay Vasconcellos, the finance specialist. Jay then called me to go over any "extras" that I might want to add before he put the package together. Jay had everything together by the time my wife and I arrived, and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minute. We were amazed. We picked up the car the next day. Stephen had the car filled with gas, detailed, registered, and inspected before we arrived. We dropped off our trade, Stephen went over some of the finer details about the electronics in the car and we were soon on our way.

After considering Malibu,Camry,Accord,Subaru I decided I would buy a Fusion. I used TrueCar to locate several and narrowed the list to two cars at First Ford. The True Car rating indicated a great price for each. Michael McKenney met me at the door, facilitated test drives for both and conversed with me in a low pressure relaxed way. Felt comfortable (been 14 years since last purchase) and offered me a good trade for my 220k Silverado. Closing the deal, Jay Vasconcellos explained offers for extended service, tire and appearance protection plans in a friendly low pressure informative fashion. Details like registration paperwork and inspection sticker plus recall work taken care of in a smooth hassle free manner Very pleased with my 2013 Fusion. When I'm ready I will visit First Ford for the next vehicle.

I agree with everything that Jay stated. There only purpose is to sell you something. The dealer is first. The customer is just a pile of money. Caveat Emptor to anyone who enters First Ford.

I bought a new 2014 Ford Focus last weekend and I was in and out the same day. I test drove the Focus I came in to look at because it was on sale. Something was wrong with that car, (which was a standard/base model) so since there was a problem with the first car, they offered me their other Focus SE with many upgrades from the showroom for the same price as the less expensive car on sale. Jay Vasconcellos did my financing, and they gave me top price for my trade in. Both Jay and Mark were very professional, and down to earth. Jay explained every step of the way, and made sure I understood everything that I was signing for, and if the fee or service was optional, he pointed that out so I could make my own decision. No hidden fees or surprises. Since the car I purchased was in the showroom, when it came time to move cars and get mine ready to go, about six guys all came in from the service department to speed up the process and help each other check over the car. I was really impressed how they worked together and made my car a priority at the end of a long day car shopping. Finally, since I drove a distance to reach First Ford in Fall River, Mark and Jay understood that I wanted to finish the deal as soon as possible. I was very happy to know that one visit was all it took to do my trade, test drive, get financing and leave with my new car. Every staff member I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

These folks have no clue how to run a repair shop, I brought my 2010 Explorer in for service with a oil leak and a left front growling noise. This is a company car so I instructed them to fix what they find wrong. After 3 days of having the vehicle they claimed to put dye in it so they can determine where it was leaking from. They said I might need a engine or at least pull it so they could fix the rear main. They asked me to pick it up, drive it a couple of days then bring it back Ofcourse they charged me a couple hundred for that. I asked the service advisor if they atleast fixed the growl and she said yes "all-set". I drove the vehicle home and the growl was still there. The next day I left a message for the Service Manager which he didn't even bother to call me back. I was in total disbelief with this dealership, this was the forth vehicle I purchased there and will be the last. I took the truck to Sullivan tire and got all the work done for a fraction of the cost.
