Leased a vehicle from Colonial Honda. The buying experience was great however when they botched up my paperwork and never paid off my trade-in, things went real bad quick. It took over five weeks for Colonial to pay off my trade-in! The result,...I now have a negative ding in my credit! I wish I would have checked with the BBB first. If I had I would never had considered going to Colonial Honda in the first place. We love the Pilot just have to find another dealership to service it. Just don't feel as though we can trust Colonial.

Also, If you would be kind enough to let me know your full name so I can review your purchase and see exactly where we went wrong I would appreciate it. Please either call me directly at 508-985-6310, or email me at : nsurdis@buycolonialhonda.com Typically all trade-ins are paid off within 48-72 hours of purchase. If it took 5 weeks to pay off your trade-in, I must assume something else went wrong causing this delay.. I'd like to find out what it was. Our reputation is very important - as word of mouth is the best advertising we can ask for. I take our reviews and BBB status very seriously, and right now we have an A+ Rating at the Better Business Bureau, as well as 98%+ positive reviews online... so I would like to think this type of experience is the exception, rather than the rule. I saw an ad for a special on oil changes. I lease my Honda Civic from a dealer in RI but live very close to Colonial Honda. I thought I'd give them a try. The service was terrible compared to the dealer in Middletown. They acted like they were doing you a favor. The service was shoty to say the least. The waiting room in this brand new building was disgusting. Stains on the rug and furniture. People shopping aren't only looking for good prices but they are looking for good customer service. You may want to consider doing a public relations seminar with the unprofessional staff (at least the ones I came in contact with) I have also compared prices at many dealerships and have not found the prices to be any less. The Internet person has no social skills what so ever. When you call someone searching for a new car and sound bummed out and aggravated, do really think that is good representation for your company?
