My sister purchased a used CRV on 2/7/15. We specifically asked about servicing and brakes. Told of course it was fully serviced and brakes should be at approx 50%. Well a week later she found out it needs a new battery, brakes have a few thousand miles left and an oil change. How can a dealer not change the oil. When she contacted them they were not receptive to her issues. Meanwhile her trade which they gave her $8500 is for sale for $12500. They are making a bundle from her sale. We had traveled from CT 2 hours. Never again.

I had the most positive experience at this dealership. Angelo was attentive, patient and interested in helping me find the car of my dreams. After a difficult and anxiety producing experience totaling my car last week in an accident that resulted in a broken rib, Angelo was informative and very accommodating. From start to finish (and I have made four trips to the dealership so far), from assessing cars to sitting in cars to my actual selection was an enjoyable experience. I felt, and still do, feel that I can contact him with any questions or concerns. David Antoni is the most professional, kind, knowledgable gentleman that I have encountered in the "retail world" ever. Six years ago I purchased a car from this dealership and David was my salesperson. I never forgot how helpful and genuine he was! When I walked into Metro North on January 29th this year I was so thrilled that Dave was still there AND the manager. He helped Angelo and my brother and I purchase a car that was perfect for me and I couldn't be more pleased. This dealership is lucky to have Dave as their leader.
