The experience went very well. James Corey new his product and was anxious to please. The closing process with Crystal Costa was very easy and the system was state of the art. I have dealt with Peter Fraley and on my previous car and got a good recommendation from Peter. I had driven an Equinox the summer before on a cross country vacation and so we knew generally what we wanted.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I showed up on a rainy Saturday and from the very beginning my salesman, James Corey, was ready to help me every step of the way in finding the Silverado that was perfect for me. James was extremely knowledgable of the vehicles on his lot and very patient with me outside in the rain as we looked at several trucks. When we went inside to discuss the particulars I was impressed once again by the patience James had explaining things to me. I also expressed my interest in trading in another vehicle that I had at home towards another vehicle. So I went home and came back with second vehicle, my wife and two small children. When we arrived we were greated by James Corey again who showed extreme patience with me once again in the rain as we test drove several more vehicles, helping me move car seats from one vehicle to another. When we returned from the test drives and went into the showroom to sit down and talk the particulars of a two vehicle purchase, I was pleasantly surprised when we went to James's desk to find he had set up a small childrens table with coloring books and crayons for my children. As far as the negotiating goes, it was like nothing I have ever experienced. James helped us every step of the way to ensure we were getting the best deal possible and answered all of our questions. When we were getting ready to leave, so my wife and I could finalize our decision, Bob Masse the General Manager came over to us, and once again we were so impressed with how not your typical car dealership this place is. Bob was not pushy at all, took the time to talk to us and just made us feel comfortable and had no issue whatsoever that we were not ready to make our final decision right then and there. My wife and I left the dealership that Saturday afternoon with our minds made up. We would definately be purchasing these two vehicles from Paul Masse Chevrolet South. Monday morning I called James and told him my wife and I would be in Tuesday morning to finalize the deal. When we arrived Tuesday morning, we drove into the lot seeing our new vehicles all shined up with signs in the windows congratulating our family. When we went inside, James had Sesame Street on the television ready for my kids. He seemed a little disappointed that we left them home for the paperwork part. We sat down with Crystal Costa to take care of all the paperwork, and once again, extremely impressed with her knowledge, patience and pleasant way about her. Questions were all answered and the paperwork was complete. Now onto the vehicle demos with James. James took the time to go over every last detail with my wife and I concerning these new vehicles. We just cant say enough about the staff at this dealership, they are top notch and we will be recommending all of them to our friends and family.

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson which was an amazing deal! My sales person was James Corey extremely accommodating when it came to each step of purchasing the vehicle. James was patient, helpful, and very easy to get in contact with. He definitely made my experience worthwhile. Also when it came to financing Crystal Costa was a great help with the paper work side of purchasing the vehicle. Certainly the best customer service I've ever received. Never felt pressured into doing anything at all. I went to several other dealerships and felt pressured and bamboozled into their sale pitches. But at Paul Masse I felt like an appreciated and valued customer very genuine and authentic. I would definitely recommend the Paul Masse Wakefield branch and James Corey as the sales person to go to he's phenomenal!!!

I went in on a Saturday looking for a truck to lease. I had already visited another dealership, and they refused to show me any trucks due to the impending snow storm. Naturally, I went to another dealership, leading me to my relationship with Paul Masse South, and their team there. James was right inside the front door and greeted us right away with a pleasant handshake (a much warmer welcome than previous dealerships). He had absolutely no problem trekking out into the snow to show us the vehicles on the lot. I explained to him that I was looking to a 4WD vehicle, and told him the features that I was looking for. We were able to take a look at the 2015 Silverado. James made a test drive happen very quickly for us. He explained all of the features of the truck as we drove along, adding no pressure to the sale. When we got back and it was time to talk money, I gave him an idea of what I could afford and he went to work right away to make it a reality. We did some negotiating, and after not being able to meet my price that I was looking for, James went the extra mile and was able to get well below what I was looking to spend on the truck. The dealership (specifically James and Bob) was able to upgrade the truck with a new set of rims and tires. When I went back a week later to have them put on, James stopped by the service shop and checked in to see how the truck was performing. James was an excellent salesman, and made the whole experience comfortable, from offering coffee during the winter storm, to effortlessly negotiating a great deal, to the follow up in the weeks after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. When you are in the market for a new vehicle, go right to Paul Masse South. You will have a great "small-town" experience, but will be able to get the exact vehicle you are looking for from one of their larger lots.
