This was the most friendly, professional and fair dealership that we have ever bought a car from. Thanks Roberto, Paul and Lauren . We had first spoken with Lauren on the phone who started the ball rolling and answered all our questions and found the perfect SUV for us. When we got there after a 4 hour trek from New York, we were greeted by the smiling face of Roberto who couldn't do enough for us. He answered all our questions and negotiated a price that we were very happy with. We then met with Paul who got us the best deal and made us feel so comfortable with financing. He was friendly and not pushy like many finance handlers. I almost feel sad that it will be a long time before we see them again. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a valet, who opened my door and directed me to the service adviser, A.J. After explaining the symptoms of my car, he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be finished no later than 2:00 the following day. He immediately had a new CTS brought up for me that was gassed and washed (I almost think he had it pulled from the showroom). I was amazed at the level of service A.J. and his team provided. When he called and said my car was ready, i was almost disappointed, I was really getting to like the new CTS he provided me with. While picking up my 2012, it was purring like a kitten, and was looking like it was brand new again. Kudos to the reconditioning department. I then bumped into Harold, the sales advisor who helped me by my car in 2012. We are now in the process of putting a deal together on a new CTS like the one I was driving for a day. What a great experience. For myself as well as many others, going to a Car Dealership for service rates lower than a trip to the dentist.. and is usually more painful. A.J. and Harold made me feel like I was a guest at the Ritz Carlton. This has truly been an unexpected, exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit with my new 2015 CTS!

I purchased used CTS at a very fair, competitive price. Everyone I interacted with, Roberto, Jeff, Jackie, and especially Harold who walked me through the paperwork, orientated me to the workings of the car, and who put the plates on my new car, all were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Everyone was patience and responsive to my many questions. I would recommend Herb Chambers Warwick to anyone.

A few months ago I was in the market for a new vehicle and so I was shopping around. I recall the feeling of anxiety, frustration and apprehension as I walked into many of the show rooms. You ask why? Well, for one all I had experienced was the same old sales pitches and hoarding as I walked in. An immediate turn off to myself as a potential customer, I asked myself if I really wanted to deal long term with these dealerships. The answer was no until I came across Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, Rhode Island. As a buyer you have to keep in mind that you don’t want to just go for a “one night stand”, but you want to purchase from a dealership that values a long term relationship. This is exactly how I felt when I walked into Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, RI. I wasn't surrounded by car salesman, I wasn’t followed and I was in the showroom looking, but felt if I had a question help was right there waiting. The vehicle salesman was young, dressed professionally, knowledgeable on every nut, bolt and vehicle system and was passionate about automobiles especially the one I was interested in purchasing. I was sure this was the place I wanted to buy. I met with the Sales Manager who educated me on the sales and trade in process and offered me additional information on Onstar services. We then met with the loan specialist and all said and done I was out of there in an hour. Herb Chambers from the first day you step into the showroom are focused on customer needs, by providing excellent service and convenience for vehicle servicing. Subsequent visits to the car dealership have reinforced my decision to buy from there time and time again. I don’t feel like “just a customer” I feel like I am part of the “family.” It was time to go for my vehicles routine oil change, but I needed to go to work and couldn’t be without a vehicle. I called the dealership, they said, “Come right in and we will provide you with a vehicle.” It isn’t every day that I decide to write a good review about a car dealership. In fact, I have a lot of work to do. However, when I see something positive and done right, I feel recognition is necessary. From Sales to Service Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick is a 10/10 in quality, customer service and expertise. Employees appear happy, passionate about Cadillac and this reflects in my purchase and service experience. When I buy a car I want to know that they will be there for me after the sale. Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick values relationships and not one night stands. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for competitive pricing with exceptional customer service.
