The service department is the most unprofessional group of "professionals" I have ever dealt with. I have brought in my Honda CRV for the past year and a half for services. I have no idea what needs to be done so I relied on the dealership to tell me everything that was needed. I went through the quick service, which is on the dealership lot, not realizing they don't tell you when anything is needed. This was a total shock to me as they would check my lights, windshield wipers, filters etc- then change my oil, and then TURN OFF my service light. So, my mistake was in trusting that they would not turn off my light without telling me there was another service I needed done. I thought that by having my oil changed at the dealership that they would take care of me and the car and let me know if it needed anything. When my brakes started to make noise I thought- hmmm... they haven't told me I need anything for my brakes or any milage servicing so I went to the main service center, where they told me not only my brakes, but also my rotors needed replaced. My CRV is a lease, however, because I went over the miles just recently, they were not going to pay for any repairs. Just as a reminder, Honda Majestic, I am still paying my lease and still have the option of paying the extra miles that I went over my lease! I was so upset. Here I have been going to a dealership service for oil changes every time it was due and was never told anything else was needed. I went to a dealership because I trusted they would tell me what I needed. If they would have recommended getting my brakes checked sooner or telling me the service light recommended a full milage check up then, this would have been caught and replaced while the vehicle was still under milage and covered by the lease and surely would have been caught before the rotors were ruined. Only changing the brake pads would have been much cheaper. I would have expected that their "experienced technician" would tell me "hey lady, doing the quick lube service every time is not enough. We recommend to rotate the tires, check the brakes before the winter, etc". I felt they tricked me in the end. When I tried to explain that I thought I would have been told sooner if something was needed by the servicing, the guy did not care. He pretty much told me that there was nothing he could do and that I should have come in sooner. Well I would have if I had known! I literally just had the vehicle there at the quick service 4 days prior! Again, the "experienced technician" did not hear the brakes making noise as I pulled up to the shop?!?! The manager's response was "yes, I don't know how come they did not hear that, but now the brakes are metal on metal and the pads and rotors have to be changed and there is nothing I can do!!!" He also said that they only do what the client asked for??? So at Honda Majestic every client has to know what needs to be done with their car. Professional recommendations are not something they provide! be aware! To make things even worse- When I went to pick up my vehicle it was pouring rain. They left my CRV parked at the end of the parking lot- pointed in it's general directing from inside the garage and I had to walk aimlessly to find my CRV and was soaking wet- they could see I didn't have an umbrella or rain boots! The service is so bad!! I have never been to a dealership where they don't drive the car up for you. Most placed will even vacuum out the front area. There unwillingness to try to understand my concerns and the disrespect of making me walk out across the parking lot to pick up my CRV in a horrible rain storm was incredibly unprofessional and very very poor client care.

Ok so get this majestic honda sees the negative post I wrote and contacted me ask what happened what went wrong how can we make this issue better so everyone is feeling better about bad experience so I happen to say to the sales manager that the car I had gotten was hurting me I am disabled with broken back and neck it was hurting me to drive for period of time they bought it back from me for 6800 mind you I paid close to 12000 in 30 days car lost all that value Plus my trade in right out the window I couldn't drive the car so got something bigger I tradded in for 09 Dodge Journey got it fri was stuck sat morn won't start went back to dealer for couple days they call me say all set put new battery I pick it up again won't start they then ship to bald hill dodge that says yes won't start but don't know why so o get a call. Car is all set come pick it up again won't start go through this several times to where I don't want the car if it doesn't start what good is it so they tell me they arnt in the business of buying back cars and I laughed they took back dodge for less then I paid and rolled money into another loan for another car that does run and all along the dealer knew if this no start issue was talking all about it to friends at other dealerships I got screwed royaly had a loan of 6800 with great interst rate to now a 13000 loan with bad interst no equity in car in upside down over my head because I got a car that would start I thought that there were laws to protect buyers from stuff like this I can't afford an attorney at this point and they have wrecked my credit by pulling 15 to 20 hard hits lowing my score it all feels like a bad dream I just want to wake up from I can understand losing a little on first car was poor rushed choice but the second car was a lemon I hadit for 5 days they charged me $1400 that was rolled into yet another loan I lost so much trying to buy a safe dependable car that I never got I think when all smoke clears I lost about 7 to 8 thousand dollars just gone in taxes registration paper work fees I had a loan that was $72 a month to now $250 a month with bad interst rate because of all this mess that's how they fix things I guess buy making them even worse sad part is I had no choice either keep a car that hurts to get in and out of to having a car that starts or doesn't start when it wants to all I want is to be treated fair not looking for anything but fairness and honest business I'm stick to my stomach over this hole ordeal it was like a snowball just getting bigger and bigger worse and worse please pinch me do I can wake up from this nightmare !!!!!will rewrite a post again when calm my head is going to pop need to calm down great job fixing a bad situation just making it 10 times worse!!!the dodge I had for 3 weeks out of those 3 weeks I had it 5 days and they can't give me back all the money what happened to lemon law was back more then 3 times for no start issue so I lose $1500 for 5 days most expensive rental ever just doesn't seem fair I wish I had my original cadillac that I traded and went to buy a car from someone that appreciates my business great way to fix an issue everyone on sales floor knew about the no start issue but yet look me in the eye and lie saying we know nothing can't reproduce it so what do you want us to do !!!! I want a safe car that I thought I was getting not a lemon that you roll the dice Everytime you go to start !!!will it or won't it ????am I stuck or do I need help again?????lol beware it's back on lot for sale knowing there is a problem with this Dodge Journey sxt 2009 red they are just going to sell to some other poor customer not knowing about problems with it and will be stuck with a car that starts when it wants to and doesn't when you need it to that's really the icing on the cake after all I have been through now paying $250 a month for I car I never really wanted but kinda got stuck with so I didn't get stuck with non starting dodge after 3 car loans I 2 months time had great intrest rate and low payment now have higher intrest payment and higher monthly payment I had a $72 month loan on trade in $250 a month I could be driving almost anything other then 07 Honda wish I never lost my patients with my caddy its was just like the breaking point after all the money all ready put into car I know some one got a great cadillac that's for sure beware of red dodge look it up on line major issue and Chrysler won't do anything about it and nether will theses guys

sales men have to much on the fire and can not handle the load prices are high cars could be delivered cleaner if they owe you you will wait a long time for it to go threw a chaine not blameing the sales men per say but the way the co. wants them to do business

I called the night before I wanted to come in to schedule an appointment with Ryan. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and he was actually available immediately. He really listened to what I was looking for, we look over a couple of options and off we went. Ryan is really laid back and his main concern was that I got a car and price that I wanted. I did not feel pressured once during my entire interaction with him. I would recommend both Majestic Honda South and Ryan to anyone that was looking for a pleasant car buying experience.
