I recently shopped at this dealership for a 2014 Acura MDX. My husband and I worked with Tom Corcoran. Over the course of two months, we test drove every 7 passenger mid-size SUV on the market from the Hyundai Santa Fe to the BMW x5. Tom was by far the most accommodating of all the sales reps we encountered at any dealership as shopped with our two very spirited young boys. The most refreshing part of working with Tom and the management at Acura of Warwick, was the honesty that we encountered. I would not hesitate to return there for a future purchase.

I went to Acura of Warwick to have routine maintenance preformed and have a tire pressure monitor sensor in a tire repaired or replaced. Routine maintenance an oil change and a couple of filters here and there $350.00 could have done the job myself for under $100.00. I had filled my tire with fix a flat because it went flat and I needed to get it home the can said TPMS safe. It was not. The tire held pressure for a month with the TPMS warning light on. Having the tire dismounted and the sensor replace $140.00 OK my fault should not have used fix a flat. 3 days later NEW sensor is not showing up TPMS warning TPMS not functioning normally. I OO BACE They take the tire off to see what is wrong and THE tire is full of fix a flat. They SUGGEST that it was my fault because there was so much fix a flat in the tire I must have done it again. Why would I have to do it again you just fixed my tire for $140.00 dollars didn't you? Well guess what if the tire was dismounted and the sensor replaced like I paid for then why would there still be fix a flat in the tire 3 days later. So Angelo's boys are nice enough to fix it AGAIN for me for a reduced cost only $104.00 this time and guess what this time the sensor works but the tire continues to need air about once a week. I would go back but I am afraid of what the would charge me for air. After all it is my fault it leaks right. Stay away from these smucks it's all about the Benjamin's with these boys, unfortunately most of the people who go here would rather throw a check at them then have to deal with it and these boys are making out like fat cats with these tricks. Look at the nice place they have built how do you think they found the money it was in your pocket!!

We had a great experience with Paula Santilli at the Acura of Warwick dealership. She was so friendly, very informative and had great knowlege of the product. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase the car along with Gina, the finance manager. They worked quickly to get us the best deal with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and highly recommend Paula for her excellent customer service!!

I went there to buy a specific car with half the cash down and to finance the balance. From day one it was nothing but a hassle from this dealership not taking a personal check to someone trying to to just "do me a favor" by throwing in an extended 3yr. warranty for $1500 into my purchase; which I only new about when the finance manager started going over my loan terms before submitting to the bank. This dealership was also supposed to fix something on the car and when I picked the car up three days later then planned it wasn't even touched. Now it is 16 days after my purchase date and I still haven't recieved my plates or have an appointment scheduled to get the original repair done. I have not seen or heard from the original salesperson since the day I sat down and said I would buy this car. The only reason I went to this dealership in the first place was because they happen to have the exact car I was looking for. I have a friend that warned me about this place and their lack of having their @#$& together. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants a smooth buying experience. I would have expected this service from a hole in the wall buy here pay here used car lot in the city but not from an inskip dealership.
