Before Honda I always had an American car, Chevrolet , Ford, and Cadillac. I have to say Honda ranks as one of the best cars I have owned. I am glad you make these cars in America. It gives me the excuse it still is kind of an American car. You run a great company at Herb Chambers from purchase to service.

Recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord at Herb Chambers Burlington. Lance Fisher was the salesperson who worked with me. He was very good to work with, patient and accommodating. I went in with a number in mind and he worked with me to get there. No pressure, no aggravation, no nonsense. Lance was a good guy to work with. I left satisfied and feeling happy with my experience at this dealership. On a side note, I have had my two previous Hondas serviced at this dealership through the years and have had nothing but good experiences here. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need, they have been very polite, professional and communicative. They have always done excellent work on my cars. Overall, in my opinion, the Burlington dealership is a very clean, efficient, well run and fair place to buy a car or have your car serviced.

June 5, 2015 was my last service date. It seemed to me that they were going out of their way to give good service. This was quite noticeable this time. A vast improvement over many of my previous service appts. My car was bought here in 2008 and only serviced by them since. Early on I was confused and dissatisfied by making appts. for service and then getting there, found it to be first come , first served. So why make an appt. then? the service in general has been good. Not much unexpected service has to be done. I usually wait for the maintenance light to alert me. Only 2 issues stood out as being lack of service and pretty stupid. Once I made an appt. telling them ahead of time that new tires were needed. I got there and waited forever while the car was going through maintenance service. I was told that I did need 2 tires, but they needed to be ordered. Ahh, you didn't order them when I told you that I needed them? The service done last fall was just maintenance, light service and all four tires needed to be replaced. Okay but why ? You'll have to go to an auto repair place to handle the source of why your tires wear out too fast. "oh". I got in my car and something was the matter. It was sputtering and nearly stalled out. I returned to the dealer and explained what was happening and that it had never happened before. They looked at it and said that the service attendant had put too much oil back in! Basic maintenance 101 out the window! What an embarrassment that was for them. Since then I have received courteous and above average attention and pleasantries deserved of by every client who has bought and serviced their car there. I have no complaints of my most recent service and hope it stays that way.
