My husband and I went to look at the new Acura RDX. We had shopped online and we had been in contact with several other Acura dealers. Dimitri was the most professional and knowledgable Salesperson we have ever come across. At most other Dealers the manager would not even come out to meet us. The transparency of the deal process was amazing and we would never ever go any where else. Our daughter is also is driving an Acura from this dealer. If you want a good deal and want to be treated like a human being go there and ask for Dumitru. The dealership provides a seamless process and the entire team is on the same page.

Adriano polanco was my sales representative. Very friendly, very knowledgeable of the car I wanted. We went for a test drive and he let me drive the way I felt as comfortable as possible. He basically wasn't a seller but someone who made the shopping process easy for the fact that he doesn't pressure you. It took a process for the bank to approve not because of Acura of Boston just because of my financial estate. However Adriano was keeping me in the loop for the whole process. He and his team made it happen and now I have the car I have always wanted and I'm loving every second of it. Go get your next car at Acura of Boston!

I've had my fair share of bad experiences with car dealerships but Acura do Boston changed the mold. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and tended to as I should. All thanks to William Hunt who was attentive and friendly. He was able to work with me, and through negotiating I put money down on a 2015 TLX. I can now say that it's not hopeless to be treated fairly at a dealership if there were more salesmen like William Hunt.

I recently went in to just test drive a newer version of the Acura MDX. And from the time I walked in I was greeted with a very warm smile and was asked what exactly was I looking for. The sales rep really took his time to explain the features of the MDX. I explained to him the story of life single parent, school loans, mortgage he said we can work with you. Henry really worked with me and got me in a new Acura MDX at a reasonable price. He walked me thru the process for this was the first time I was buying a car. Everyone I talked to told me I got a great deal and the monthly payments are less than I expected. I just love the fact that my first experience was a great one and it was with someone who was willing to work with me... Words can not express my gratitude of how this was great pleasant experience. Also I love my new car

I brought my wife's car in for some inspections and repair and from the moment I arrived, I was wowed by the service level. From the ridiculously awesome garage doors (they open so fast!) to the unexpectedly friendliness of _every single person_ I interacted with and didn't directly interact with, I was amazed. The service rep recalled a lot of details from my wife's last visit that demonstrated great customer attention. Every service department should be like this one!
