I've had my fair share of bad experiences with car dealerships but Acura do Boston changed the mold. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and tended to as I should. All thanks to William Hunt who was attentive and friendly. He was able to work with me, and through negotiating I put money down on a 2015 TLX. I can now say that it's not hopeless to be treated fairly at a dealership if there were more salesmen like William Hunt.

I recently went in to just test drive a newer version of the Acura MDX. And from the time I walked in I was greeted with a very warm smile and was asked what exactly was I looking for. The sales rep really took his time to explain the features of the MDX. I explained to him the story of life single parent, school loans, mortgage he said we can work with you. Henry really worked with me and got me in a new Acura MDX at a reasonable price. He walked me thru the process for this was the first time I was buying a car. Everyone I talked to told me I got a great deal and the monthly payments are less than I expected. I just love the fact that my first experience was a great one and it was with someone who was willing to work with me... Words can not express my gratitude of how this was great pleasant experience. Also I love my new car

I brought my wife's car in for some inspections and repair and from the moment I arrived, I was wowed by the service level. From the ridiculously awesome garage doors (they open so fast!) to the unexpectedly friendliness of _every single person_ I interacted with and didn't directly interact with, I was amazed. The service rep recalled a lot of details from my wife's last visit that demonstrated great customer attention. Every service department should be like this one!

Everyone is always excited when buying a new car, but having a car serviced is just one of those obligations. Over the course of my life I've bought a number of different cars. Without question, my favorite have been the past 3 Acuras I've owned/driven. I've purchased each at Acura of Boston, and have always had them serviced here. Buying a car isn't always the most pleasant experience, nor having it serviced, but I've got to say that Acura of Boston has surpassed all previous experiences I've had, and always exceeds my expectations. I've never felt that I've been treated unfairly, I've always felt that I've been given the straight story, I've always been happy with the experience. I highly recommend this dealership, both for sales and for service. And as far as cars go, the brand is a great one. Love my new TLX.

Went in just looking to test drive came out with a brand new RDX. Everyone was friendly from the start. The sales experience wasn't as painful as it usually is. They worked with me until I got exactly the payment I wanted with all the options I wanted. No pushy sales people either which was nice. My first brand new Acura.
