I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again. I immediately called Tom and he make sure that I got an appointment even in the middle of the week and addressed my problem. Though I have to wait over there but most importantly my car was taken care of. That made me really happy and hoping I dont see the service engine light again for at least a year. I am satisfied with the service that was done and the professionalism shown by Tom and the manager.

Had a very non-pressured, very helpful sales experience with Robert Stein. He was responsive to questions, worked collaboratively with the service department to install a couple of extras, and took me through the entire process, including a run through of all the gadgetry and their functioning.

I recently bought my third BMW from Jamie McCoy at BMW Peabody. He is by far the best Client Advisor. He makes the car buying process so simple and seamless. When I showed up for my appointment, he had the car I was going to test drive ready to go with the plates on and it was running. When I returned to the dealership, he had my second test drive car parked out front and ready to go. I did not wait at all. He shows great patience while explaining the cars features and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells! Even the paperwork process was effortless since Jamie handles it all expeditiously. After the sale was complete, Jamie followed up to see if I had any questions or if he could help with anything. He is very thorough and truly wants his customers to be satisfied with their new car. Jamie goes above and beyond at every step in the process. I highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to buy a BMW.
