My wife and I will always buy our cars at Prime! We just bought our second vehicle (2012 Chrysler 200) from Prime. (first was a new Mazda 6 a couple years ago... so we know for sure the new or used process shows the same remarkable customer service!) I have been in customer service for 30+ years, and can truly appreciate notable service. We bought our new and used car from Tracy West. I called at noon on a Saturday and let him know what I was looking for. It was a busy day at Prime, but Tracy and his team fit us in immediately. Before we could warm the seats he had a car in mind that exactly fit our budget and expections! Easiest thing ever!! Then as usual it just keeps getting better... He lets Michael Duchame take care of our financing, and once again Michael exhibited the exceptional quality of service that I know I can expect from Prime. By actually caring about us he got us a rate that was 2% better than our best expectation!! Last but certainly not least I'd like to thank Zac Casey (General Sales Manager) for just putting the icing on the cake. He made it a point to come over and welcome us back during the sale, make sure we were completely satisfied, and absolutely make us welcome. Ira and David you've created something great! Be sure to ask for Christopher Watts if you want a hassle free car buying experience. Him and everyone at Prime Ford was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. I walked in, having never purchased a vehicle before, and walked out that afternoon with a Brand New F-150. I will definitely come back to Prime Ford when I need my next vehicle.

The sales people at this dealership are dishonest. Three individuals told us the car we bought was a one owner car. We found out that we were the fourth owners. I felt like we were totally set up. They cannot be trusted. Do not buy cars from these dishonest group. I was targeted to buy the. car they wanted off the lot that weekend. It is clear to me now that they made up the story of the one owner. My mistake is that I fell into their trap. They got my great car and I don't even want to drive the car they lied to me about

My experience with ford was awesome I talked to Michael duchane about my purchase I was in need of a new car he was reliable and honest and respectful of my questions and concerns I was very pleased and in the same day I drove off the lot with a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion se :)

Bought a 2012 F-150 from Bobby on 4/14. At the time of the sale, Bobby was very helpful and offered a 30-day exchange policy for ANY reason for ANY vehicle in the lot if we were unsatisfied. Right down to stating if I didn't like the way it fit in my garage, I could exchange for any other vehicle. On 4/17, the truck had an error code come up for the fuel fill inlet. On 4/19 the check engine light came on with a code for "large scale evap leak". This is an inspectability issue in York County. Took the truck back down to Prime on 4/23 to have the issue fixed after speaking with Bobby about what was going on. In the State of Maine, the dealer is required to repair any issue affecting inspectability within 30 days of purchase. After driving the hour and 15 minutes back down to Prime to have the issue repaired, I observed a service technician drive the truck into a service bay, clear the engine light, shrug his shoulders, and back the truck back out. 30 minutes later, Bobby told me that the service techs were looking for the issue. I told him that my truck had been in the parking lot for 30 minutes and what I had observed. At this point, Bobby became visibly upset. He stated that I was just trying to get out of my payment and that the real issue was that "this is just too much truck for you." On top of being disappointed at the service I received, now I was being insulted! Bobby proceeded to tell me that he had paying customers waiting and that he didn't have time to "deal with" me. I left and went back home, very angry. On 4/29 the check engine light came back on. Same code. I again called Prime and spoke with the manager, Zack. After hearing what had happened Zack assured me that the issue would be taken care of. I took the truck back to Prime (again hour and 15 minutes each way) to have the issue resolved. Again, was told there was nothing wrong with the truck. I looked at several other vehicles for the exchange program but they had nothing that they would work with me on for pricing (older vehicles would not offer a term long enough to fit my budget, and newer vehicles payments were over my budget) and at that point I was told that I would have to forfeit my down payment and pay that again with the new vehicle. Also, they typically recharge tax, title, and dock fees but I was told in my "special case" those would be waived. I again left without any resolution to the problem, disappointed, angry, and feeling like I had been scammed. Yesterday, 5/7, the engine light is on again. At this point I'm not sure if I will even bother driving it down to Prime again. I may be calling the State Police to explore my options but then again, I may just take my punches and move on - resigned to the fact that I bought a lemon from Prime that they will not fix. I can assure you that if I ever hear of anyone asking about this dealership, I will be responding with a stern resolution that they should NOT shop there. Buyer Beware.
