I was researching multiple brands and was ultimately searching for the best overall price and SUV for me. Jackie responded to my request almost as soon as I sent it in on an Outback. She answered all my questions - which I am sure after weeks of trying to get there was not easy!! I finally met with her and the rest of her team. Ashley and Kaz worked directly with me when I was in the dealership. I have to say they were just amazing and I had to buy a car from them!! I never felt pressured by them and feel like I have made new friends. I will use their service department from now on too! I love my new Outback and would recommend Jackie, Ashley, Kaz and the rest of Patriot Subaru to anyone!!

They charged my elderly mother $48 to change a fuse in her car today. The same car she bought new from them. Taking advantage of elderly, naive people is NOT okay. Shame on you, Patriot Subaru.

Hi Lisa, I just saw your posting and wanted to respond. It did not list your last name, so I was unable to look at the actual repair order to find the details, but I thought I would take a minute to explain our procedure for diagnosing electrical issues. Often customers will bring in a vehicle with an electrical component that is not working. The first place that we check is the fuse panel. The fuse is designed to be the weakest link in an electrical circuit. If the fuse is blown, there is something in the circuit that caused too much of an electrical draw on the system and the fuse burned the link inside as it is designed to do. The fuse is usually not the root cause of the failure, but a safety mechanism designed to burn up in the event of excessive draw. When we replace the fuse and confirm that the electrical component is operating, we attempt to find the cause of the electrical issue. It could be from a chaffed wire, poor contact at an electrical connection, or in many cases of power port failure, we find that aftermarket cell phone chargers etc can be the problem. By simply replacing the fuse does not “fix the problem”. The $48.00 charge I am assuming was for 30 minutes of diagnostic time that your mother would have pre-approved for us to try to determine what caused the electrical issue. We can not run a successful business by overcharging customers. In the future, please feel free to contact me directly at 207-284-7900 with any issues regarding your service. Excellent Awesome Amazing experience. I thought it was impossible for me to own a new top rated car. A parent of 4 with 3 college tuitions and limited finances. The staff at Patriots listen with NO pressure, they are compassionate, genuinely care. Their goal was to provide me with the right vehicle for my needs, at a price and payment that wasn’t going to hurt. Lonny Listened to my obstacles and made suggestions for me to consider. Low financing for 72 months, my car payment is just slightly above my monthly cell phone bill. These are rare individuals, professionals with high integrity that deliver on their word. A refreshing and extremely rare experience in any business these days. Since 1985 I have owned Hondas and Toyotas. The ride, reliability, safety ratings, and value of the Subarus is phenomenal. I look forward to a long term experience with both Subaru and this Patriots Subaru Dealership.
