After searching high and low for the vehicle I wanted in the Boston area, I came up empty-handed. I expanded my search area to include neighboring states, which returned a car that was a perfect match for me at Mitchell Volvo! I immediately called the dealership and expressed unrestrained interest in the vehicle, making sure it was in fact available. The knowledgeable Emily took my call, answered all my questions, and promised to have the vehicle ready for a showing. I barreled down the highway to CT instantly. Upon arriving, Emily greeted me, showed my the car, and helped me prepare all the paperwork. She is personable, friendly, and all around AWESOME. I returned to Boston before finalizing the sale (because my bank is slow as molasses) but Emily called me periodically and kept me abreast of the situation the whole time. She really went above and beyond to ensure I had a stellar experience, and I couldn't appreciate it more.

I bought my Volvo XC90 from Mitchell in 2003 and have owned it until just recently. Service has been consistently outstanding. The sevice reps are friendly, responsive and trust-worthy. I never felt they were pushing unnecessary service, and more like they were on my side.It seems like a happy, cheerful place and the nemployees are all proud of their professionalism.

Everyone at this dealership seems to be "bothered" by you! They only half listen to what your saying both in person and on the phone. The receptionist could really try to be a bit nicer and a little more helpful, instead of making you feel as though you are interupting something. I got the distinct feeling that they couldn't possibly care less if they got my business or not, which is why I went to a rival dealership. I truly expected a more proffessionalism and courtesy from Simsbury.....lesson learned.
