We keep cars until they die, so it had been ten years since we shopped for a new car to replace our 17 year old car. Joe Tramuta made the buying experience painless. He showed us all the features in a positive, non-aggressive way. He found a car with the features we wanted (and didn't want). When we picked up the car, Joe took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the new car, even synching my phone to the blue tooth!

I have had the issue with my 2001 Odyssey, where it would veer to the left after replacing struts. The garage that replaced the struts couldn't figure out the root cause as neither could another 3 garages, one of them specialized on frond end work. After about 9 month, I took it to the Hoffman Honda and, Dan Covalli along with a Honda service person Mike felt the culprit were the front tires and recommended replacing them. Once the tires were replaced, the issue went away. I appreciate the professionalism and customer service that Dan & Mike displayed. Thanks. _ Alex

I went to Hoffman Honda to test drive a Honda Accord with intentions to buy. The salesperson I dealt with was Joe Traumata who offered me from the outset a really good price on the Honda I test drove along with a generous trade in price for a 23 year old car. He was direct and forthright from the start along with being very personable and easy to connect with. I researched the price he offered me and returned with my wife to test drive the car again. At this point I was having dificulty deciding between the Honda and the Toyota Camry. After re-test driving both cars my wife and I came down on the side of the Camry due to it's greater roominess and overall comfort. When I informed Joe of my decision he was very supportive and gracious in his response. I felt he had made significant efforts to give me a positive experience in every way starting with the price of the car. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone considering a Honda!
