I recently brought my 2007 Honda Pilot in for service. Sean O'Connor was my service coordinator. He registered my complaint and got my car in for diagnostics very quickly. He clearly explained what the mechanic was checking out and provided several options of what might be going on. He kept me informed of the progress of my repair and followed up once the job was completed. His attitude was professional and concerned. A great representative for the dealership. One suggestion is that he be provided an office as his work station is a bit uncomfortable. Thank you, Steven Singer

Dwight Dery provided us with an excellent resolution to the eject problem with the cd player. He took the time to describe the problem in a courteous and professional manner. Dwight is to be commended for providing exceptional service, along with the technician who installed the replacement radio. I highly recommend working with Dwight to resolve any service issue. I am always happy to do business with Hoffmans your place is always clean people very courteous especially Juan love his office very comphy with his decorations. this last service was a bit frustrating we had a bad tire came in and they said too busy even tough we were told to come in anytime time no reservations we made reservation next day they advised must leave car will be all day event due to being busy. we took two cars we left car to check tire within an hour or hour half was ready I was upset I had to come back to check tire and take two cars waste of gas and frustration when we were told go to BJ's to find that specific michellan tire went there and bought one. it was a very tense day for us
