From the day i walked in to the day i picked up my car everything was done in a first class manner. Christina Zampedri took the time to show me how every option on the car worked and answer any questions i had,She even saved my 3 medallions which i forgot inside my trade.

I had leased a Kia from Premier in 2013. My lease was up and so I returned to lease another car. The car I was turning in was in such great shape that they bought it and were going to sell it themselves as a used car. I decided on the new car and put down a $1300.00 deposit. I was told that my first payment was included in that $1300.00 charge. When I went to pick up the car. they charged me again for the first payment. I asked about this and was given some double-talk answer. When I got home, I looked at the 20 or so pieces of paper that I signed and saw that I had indeed already paid the first month's payment. I called them and they said that wasn't so and refused to refund my eroneous payment. I had a friend who is in the car business look at the paper work and he said that I did pay twice for the same month. I called again and went back and forth but to no avail. I would think that even if they thought I was wrong which I wasn't that just the fact that I was a returning customer and for the sake of good customer relations,they would return my money. I think they are a sleazy operation and I would never go back there again. I won't even have my service done there because I want nothing more to do with them. I will be sure to tell all of my friends who are thinking of buying a Kia or a Subaru to steer clear of that place.

Mr. Bevilacqua/ On behalf of the Premier Kia team, we are truly sorry you feel this way. We never like to have a disgruntled customer. We have tried, a number of times (including yesterday) to explain and walk you (and anyone you have involved) through your paperwork so that you better understand it. In the transaction, the first payment was not included in your upfront fees. Premier Kia contributed dollars towards your total up front fees to reduce your upfront fees to only $1,300 (this was discussed in front of you and your son during the vehicle transaction). You were responsible for your first month's payment towards your new lease. We acknowledge that you did call your credit card company to process a chargeback in this matter when you were not satisfied with our past explanations, but, your company closed it out in the favor of Premier Kia once we provided them all of the information. Mr. Bevilacqua - we really do appreciate your business. We have tried very hard to review this matter with you whenever you desired. Premier Kia provided you with an outstanding deal on your new leased vehicle, picked up the disposition costs on your old lease car, provided you a significant discount, provided you with 2 years/24,000 of complimentary maintenance and contributed towards your up front required payments. Your monthly payments are your responsibility and, you paid only what you were responsible for. We are sorry that you will not be using our service department, nor, taking advantage of the complimentary maintenance that we provided to you.

Mr. Bevilacqua/ Due to documents that you signed and, the confidential nature of the specifics, we believe it would be more productive to contact our General Manager directly with your questions. That way, he can get into specifics of your transaction that should not be in the public domain. You had the availability of our entire team - our General Manager, our General Sales Manager and our Finance Manager, all of which were involved in your transaction and, reviewed this matter. Most recently, you reviewed this again with our team prior to your original post on the Dealerrater.com website. The upfront portion of your lease, of which Premier Kia participated in to reduce it, didn't include your first payment on your new lease. As you know, all of this paperwork was provided to your credit card company, upon chargeback by you, who agreed with us. We thank you for your past business and, are truly sorry you have taken this position. We wish you the best in the future.

You have never made an attempt to explain any of the charges to me. I have a copy of the down payment which states clearly that the $181.84 was included in the $1300 initial fee. And if this really wasn't an eroneous charge, why did Patrick from your dealership leave a message on my answering machine in which he said "How that money is going to be returned back to you". I might add that when I called Patrick back he wasn't available and NEVER returned my call. I saved that message if you would care to listen to it I would be happy to play it for you. As far as all of the other things you claim to have done, they are all pretty standard and aren't anything that I could not have obtained at another dealership. I think you should re-think the way you treat your customers especially when they are repeat customers. We have bought 2 Kias and haved leased 2 but I'm not even sure I want anything more to do with the brand because of my experience with your dealership.

Beyond thankful that things worked out so I could pick out a new car after 15 years! I wanted a great warranty and a dealership that was close to me - this is coming from a "Honda girl." I am very happy at this moment, though didn't have a great deal of time to drive it this weekend due to prior engagement with my 6 grandgirls - starting a new week tomorrow with my 2016 Kia Sportage!
