They took care of what was need. Satisfactory service, however very expensive. They did honor all coupons. I feel for customers such as myself who has brought my cars to your team for over 20 years the coupon price should always be given to us.

This is the second time I have the same experience at the Acura of Milford. I have been been an acura loaner close to a decade now and have never had a complaint with the service representatives at any dealership. Generally, they go out of the way to make the service process as smooth as possible. Nelson must have saved this dealership tons of money by inconveniencing customers one service at a time. He seems to always have some sort of excuse as to why you should just leave your car there for an annoying amount of time and not be provided a loaner. They either don't take your tire insurance, which has been previously and since honored by dealerships other than the vending/participating one, or they get you into the dealership telling you that you can get a loaner for the service you need but when you get there inform you that the wait is long and that they can only loan to the name on the policy. This has yet to have been an issue at other dealerships for me. Nelson always looks truly sorry for the inconvenience he has caused but doesn't provide any solution where the customer has any other choice but be inconvenienced. Like I said empathy is free, will not go back or recommend.
