After visiting two respected Toyota dealerships (#1 & #2) I went to Westbrook Toyota/Scion (#3). I will be ordering a 2016 Toyota RAV4. When ordering from the factory I know all dealers pay the same amount. When the sales person gave me the final price I couldn't believe my ears. They were $4,788.78 more than Dealer #2 and $5,179..27 more than Dealer#1. When viewing the options that I ordered, they were twice the price of the two previous dealers. We reviewed my list of options three times so we were sure to compare apples to apples. They offered me $1,300.00 less than the previous two dealers. in regard to my trade in. Compare prices with other Toyota dealerships so you can save your fast dollars.

went in back in October for new tired and oil change, window gaskets were falling off they said no problem next time your here we will fix them, called for next appointment now I'm "out of warranty" such xxxx bags. I believe they purposely kicked the can down the road in hopes of the parts being out of warranty so they can charge extra. Spent 40 mins on phone and each person they transferred me to was dumber than the last person. must be family owned to hire these type of ppl as "customer service"

When you get an estimate here, plan on adding 30-50% more to the final cost. They lowball the estimate and then find extras that "can't be avoided". If nothing else, their estimating is horrible if not deceptive. On top of that, if you don't call about your vehicle it may never get serviced. You have to stay on them about the status of your service. Overall, a very, very disappointing and expensive experience.
