I was shopping for a Forester because my 2001 had 220,000 miles and needed more than a tune-up this go around. My husband and I reviewed Consumer Reports which confirmed a Forester again would suit me well. I test drove the 2015 model on a Sunday and fell in love again with the handling and this time the drivers seat was comfortable. (the 2001 ran like a top but the seat was not comfortable.) The next day we decided this was the time and price package that was right for me and selected the silver with black interior. Jonah, the salesman was patient and listened too our needs and requirements in both add-ons and interior detail. My husband and I are both artists and even thought his was my car my husband had suggestions like garage door opener system and side panel protection. The finanancing process went smoothly on the day I picked up the car. George, the account was thorough and speedy with all the paperwork. The dealer accomodated our price requirements and we left feeling we got a special deal and were not jerked around. I love my Forester and look forward to 10 more years, and another 2000,000 with it.

It's not every day that we purchase a new car. From the moment we first walked into the Garavel dealership, we had the feeling we were in just the right place. We worked with Corey Paulding, who was so patient with all of our questions. Nothing we asked of him seemed like too much trouble. He navigated us through our purchase of a Subaru Forester, our first Subaru, being so helpful in finding us just what we wanted in a new car. Corey took the time to make sure we understood everything, and followed up on all questions we had. It was obvious he knew the product well, and he exceeded our expectations in our car buying experience. We would highly recommend the Garavel dealership, and especially Corey, in purchasing a Subaru. I have purchased many cars throughout the years, and I have to say, this is the very first time that I ENJOYED the "buying experience". I live about 2 hours away in NJ, and purchased the car at Garavel because of their lifetime power train warranty. I was really stressed out about going to a dealer so far as my previous experiences have been pretty stressful even close to home. I inquired about a car online and luckily, Trish was the person who responded to me. She was NEVER pushy, but instead extremely helpful and informative. She walked me through the entire process, and was never annoyed by any questions that I had. The day I came to pick up the car, I walked up the steps and there was a stand with a certificate with my name on it, thanking me for purchasing the car there and thanking me for my business. I was absolutely blown away!!!! Honestly, I could go on and on about my experience at this dealership, and especially with Trish. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you are in the market for a Subaru, see her or call her, you won't regret it!!!!! Also as an added bonus, the finance guy Jose Marin is wonderful also!!!! I cannot give even one negative comment........ I would definately reccomend giving her a call if your in the market for a Subaru. THANK YOU TRISH!!!!!!!! BTW I LOVE my new car!!!!! I needed to buy a car before I left California for CT. I knew what I wanted and Valentina quickly provided a great lease, all done on the phone in minimum time. When I arrived to pick up the car I was pushed for time and George got all the paperwork done with me in record time. Btw....I first called another Subaru dealership, told them exactly what I wanted, gave them my phone and email details and the salesperson promised to get back with details that afternoon. The next morning I was going to call back and ask what happened, but thought no. It's a poor sign of service so I called Garavel and got Valentina, gave her the same info and she got back to me within the hour.
