I took my daughter to see used vehicles, seen on-line the night before. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jackie Hernandez, who showed us all the used vehicles I was interested in, then she gave us her recommendations. She was very pleasant on our tour of the facility even after my daughter test drove multiple cars. End result, I had a no pressure experience getting the best deal on a car my daughter loves. Wigder Chevrolet did every thing possible to help me get the car including Jackie coming to my job to pick up necessary documentation. I will return to purchase my car next. Thank you!

I have been a customer with Wigder for nearly a decade. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and two of them being higher end vehicles. My service experience has always been excellent until the past year and a half. Several months ago I had a tire issue on one of my vehicles due to an alignment problem however the store I purchased the tires from was telling me it was possibly struts and shocks (the vehicle had only 40,000 miles on it). I was told by Wigder my extended warranty did not cover shocks and struts and that it would cost $1,800. After expressing my frustration and how the vehicle was just out of the basic warranty, I was then told it would cost me $100. If I hadn't been in the car business earlier in my career and I did not know any better and was just the "average" customer; I would have been stuck with an $1,800 bill. This is not good business! I was willing to give them another chance. I had recently brought my new vehicle in for its first oil change which I had made an appointment several days prior. I advised the service writer, Johnny, over the phone I would like to wait for the vehicle because it was ONLY an oil change. I was told I would be able to do that. I dropped my vehicle off for service and proceeded to wait. 2 hrs later a gentleman in a suit approached me in the showroom and asked if I was being helped. I advised him I had been waiting for my vehicle for the past 2 hours and it was only receiving an oil change. Ten minutes later Bernard, from service, came out with my keys and when I asked if there was a problem with the vehicle; his only response was sorry they got busy. Out of principle now I will drive to ANY other Chevy dealership for service. In a 2 hr time frame I could drive pretty far. It is a shame how this dealer has changed.

On Thursday I was preapproved for a car loan from my bank... I put a deposit in on a car but after I sent in my credit card information, I was told they can't hold cars. I was told on Friday that the car I wanted was "sold"....I was then called on Saturday at 150 PM and was told to come right up, the car I wanted is still available and the deal fell through...5 minutes later, the manager named Ray called me and told me someone is already looking at the car but if that deal falls through, he will hold it for me to come look on Monday. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I told the manager that and he told me it's not about good customer service, it's about selling cars...DON'T GO HERE, THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

We sincerely regret the experience Mr. Sicilaino had in trying to purchase a vehicle from us. We offer very competitive pricing on high demand vehicles which attract many customers some of whom live far away. We did not take a deposit for this vehicle even though we had the authorization to do so. To be fair to all customers we only accept deposits to hold vehicles for the travel time to our location. We are sorry if we did not communicate this sufficiently and caused a misunderstanding Unfortunately the vehicle Mr. Siciliano had an interest in was sold to a customer in our store by another sales person at approximately the same time we were trying to make arrangements with him. We contacted Mr. Siciliano immediately so he would not make a long trip unnecessarily.
