Excellent dealer - best inventory in the state, quick transaction - most work done over the phone and just came to sign papers and pick up the car. Highly recommended! I was looking for specific color and checked inventory across entire state and only found handful of the cars available. Got the best price no one else could beat and entire purchase transaction was absolutely painless.

We have always financed cars before and this was our first experience leasing a vehicle. I had purchased a used Subaru Outback 13 years ago and for many reasons, have had American made cars since that time. I have always wanted to get back to driving a Subaru, and now that my daughter is 13, I chose the Forester. I knew the color I wanted going in and had a VIP deal through ASHA, so I expected the service to be perfunctory since I was entitled to discount. However, our experience at Ramsey Subaru was anything but that. Kurt greeted us and made us feel at ease from the moment we met him. He took us on our test drive, drove us to the inventory lot to see the different colors and interiors and worked with us on price. The day we picked up the vehicle, he explained EVERYTHING about the car and even hooked up the blue tooth on my iPhone for hands-free calling!!! I highly recommend this dealership and Kurt Schoenig and Cory Fetkowitz (financing).

I’m in my early fifties, so this isn’t my first time around the block buying a new car. However, my recent sales experience with Ramsey Subaru was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience at a dealership I have ever had. The dealership itself is clean, organized and the showroom is well laid out. The entire staff is friendly and relaxed. My salesman, Michael Pandolfelli, was great to deal with. He is relaxed and easy going, but at the same time very professional. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I wanted to buy a 2015 Subaru Forester. I had started the process on the Internet, going through USAA/True Car buying service. Ramsey Subaru was “out the door” $1,000 less expensive than another Subaru dealer near where I live. Once I submitted my inquiry, which went out to the three closest dealers to me, Ramsey Subaru called me at home in less than an hour and set up a time for me to visit them. They had the exact model and color I wanted and the price was great. The only item they had to add was the splash guards. Of course, part of every new car sale is that final sit down with the dreaded business or finance manager, where he tries to sell you every last type of extended, tire, wheel, cosmetic warranty or prepaid maintenance plan under the sun. Well, at Ramsey Subaru, again everything was friendly and relaxed. Yes he offered those things, but I only took what I wanted and there was absolutely no pressure. I purchased extended warranty. Some people think that is a waste of money, but I keep my cars for a long time and have found that the extended warranty has always paid for itself. I could have bought it at later date, but in this case I rolled the cost right into my monthly payment. I financed this vehicle and it was the easiest way to proceed for me at this time. Also, I purchased GAP coverage. Again, some folks might think that is a waste of money, but for me, if nothing else, it is peace of mind. He was willing to negotiate on the price of the extended warranty and I was happy, which is what counts. So, I came back the next day and drove away in my new Subaru in less than an hour. I’ve never purchased a car that quickly and easily before! I highly recommend Ramsey Subaru. The entire staff are all good folks, but if you ask for Michael Pandolfelli, you will really be very happy. He is very committed to customer satisfaction.
