I've been a customer of World Auto (both for Jeep and Subaru) for over a dozen years. Been dealing with salesman Girsh Berman, who is outstanding in terms of customer service and caring for his clients. I have never come away with anything less than a fair price, undivided attention, and overall the most pleasant experience one can have with a new car dealer (including service). I just purchased the 2015 Subaru Legacy and it's just a superb vehicle in every sense of the word. I am confident I will have many years of enjoyable driving, just as I had with my 2007 Impreza and 2002 Jeep Liberty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, and I don't think I'll buy anything but a Subaru again!

After having done our own research on the models and dealerships, I visited World Subaru myself a few months before we had time to come down as a family and test drive the cars. Tim Stewart took the time to go over all of the models and options with me when I came by during my lunch hour one afternoon, knowing that there would not be a sale made that day. Tim was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles, models, and the different options offered. When I returned with my wife and three kids a couple of weeks later we were very pleased with how efficient Tim was knowing that keeping three kids entertained during the car buying process was not easy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

As a female, I absolutely hate shopping for cars. The experience is always so degrading and troublesome and after 2-3 hours at a dealership, negotiating, going back and forth with all the other little tricks played during the process, I normally walk away with the feeling of defeat only to have the salesperson call the next day with the deal I ultimately requested from start. NONE of the old school tactics were used during my visit with World Subaru of Tinton Falls, New Jersey. From the time I walked into the dealership and was greeted by JR, the experience was way above my expectations. I knew the car I wanted, JR presented the numbers and the deal was made all within 5 minutes of me entering the dealership. JR is very knowledgeable and he presents himself with a lot of confidence. I think I have boasted and bragged more about my experience with JR and everyone else at the dealership than I have about the awesome 2015 Legacy Limited that I purchased. I just hope 10 years from now when I'm in the market for another car, JR is still working as a salesman at the dealership. Good, honest and knowledgeable salespeople are hard to find. Leased a 2012 Impreza from him a few years back (about to return for a 2015 upgrade). It was my first time buying a Subaru and it was a great experience, got a great deal. He never forces anything on you during the process and is transparent when it comes time to negotiate. He's no BS kind of guy. Since then I've been back for routine maintenance on the vehicle and JR always makes a point to say hello. He remembers you, stuff about you, and even checks up via text a couple times a year to make sure you're happy with the car. Car dealers in general get a bad wrap, they wouldn't if more were like JR.
