We were in the market for a small SUV and the Buick Encore looked interesting. We visited Callaremi Cadillac/Buick in Budd Lake NJ. We dealt with Art Adams and from the moment we met he impressed us. He was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. His easy going demeanor put us at ease during the entire process which took a couple days. We told him we were also looking at other makes of cars and he respected that. He took his time and explained the differences on all the Encore models so that we had a good understanding of each vehicle. Although we chose a different manufacturer he was still professional and courteous when we told him. I highly recommend Art Adams and the Callaremi dealership.

This is literally the best dealership I've ever been to, and I've been to plenty. There is no pressure, they're friendly, and they (gasp) actually WANT to help you find the car you really want. This is literally the most stress free experience I've ever had buying a car. My husband and I actually both got our cars here, because they make it easy and actually listen when you talk. We had 2 different salesmen, and they were both fantastic. I also worked with the owner a little bit, and he's fantastic too. Everyone on the staff is fantastic. They also make sure you know all the features of the car, etc. and are very thorough in going through everything with you. They're incredibly transparent, and don't try to pull any funny business. They also really work with you regarding financing, trade in, etc. Everyone here is incredibly nice, friendly and easy going. I cannot recommend them enough. If you weren't looking at one of their car brands, look now. You won't regret it. We'll be buying all our cars here, and recommending everyone we know do the same. *We bought two GMCs 5 months apart, but it won't let me state that

Should have been an indicator when we dropped the car off and the people before us were very upset at the service center. Very disorganized service department, the most unfriendy people we experienced, except the yonder person that works on Saturdays. Would not recommend the service department to anyone, we had bought several vehicles from there - never again!!

What a great car buying experience ! And now for the back story. This is our second car in the past two months, having just replaced a Ford Five Hundred with a Fusion. We were now getting ready to replace our Yukon since it just hit the magic number of 120,000 miles. We knew a large SUV was in our future before June of 2014. After visiting and talking with more than a dozen GMC/ Chevy dealers, both local and out of state, I was getting a little frustrated in my search for a low mileage Yukon/ Tahoe. Even with time on my side and a working Yukon in the driveway I was not getting any closer to finding the “right” truck at the right price point. That all changed after I arrived at Callaremi. It was not my intention of stopping into Callaremi, it just “happened”. While driving back from Port Murray on 46 I spotted a late model Yukon in their lot. I pulled in and liked what I saw. At that point I thought “why not stop in and get a price.” I entered a clean and well lit showroom, stocked with a variety of trucks and cars. I was greeted by a very personable salesman (Art) who made me feel welcome and who was not pushy at all. It was refreshing when he made general small talk with me and did not jump right into “selling mode.” That happens all to often. Art answered a few questions about the leftover Yukon and then we proceeded out onto the lot to take a look at it. Fast forward……I checked out the car, talked about cars in general, talked about our hobbies and family…..and before you know it he offered the car to me for the afternoon so I could show it to my wife. He was NOT pushy at all. Really. He said take it home, drive it and let your wife drive it. Fast forward again….. my wife loved the Yukon, but not the color. I returned to the dealer thinking that I would be starting my search over again. I told Art that the color was just not making the grade. At that point Art showed my another Yukon that was on the showroom floor. It was “red” and my wife loved “red” trucks. Unfortunately the truck was an SLT-2 and was out of our comfort zone financially. But, it was really a nice Yukon. A big step up from the first car. Art said maybe we could come to a price that was comfortable for Maria and I. I thought why not, lets see how the numbers work out. At that point I met the sales manager ”Chip” and the owner Mr. Callaremi. They both could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We sat down and talked about the pros and cons of both vehicles and their respective prices. They also factored in the numbers that Maria and I felt comfortable with. They were very understanding when it came to the amount of money we had to spend. This was a big purchase for us and they were aware of our limitations. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase one car over another or even buy a car from them. That was nice. Fast forward…a few conversations later, Maria coming back to the dealer to see the “red” Yukon, another test ride and of course just a little negotiation…no high pressure and we then agreed upon a figure! Mr. Callaremi even included a maintenance package for the first two years. You can’t beat that! We ended up with a truck that my wife loves, we agreed upon a price that was fair to both the dealer and us. All parties happy ! Now just a little summary about Callaremi GMC. I have purchased numerous cars and trucks over the years and very rarely have I felt this comfortable inside a dealership. Most of the vehicles I have purchased in the past 15 years have been over the internet and phone, with no face to face contact. Just emails and calls. From the minute I walked in Callaremi I felt welcomed and under no pressure to buy a car or truck. While I was walking around the lot and dealership there was no salesman following me and “hounding” me. They just let me take my time and look. If I had a question, Art was available for me. The entire staff was most “unusual” in a good way. They are not your typical car dealers. It is a very relaxed atmosphere with a lounge area, coffee bar and sales floor all in one. Mr Callaremi and Chip seem to know every customer that entered the building. It was nice to see the owner walking around with a cup of coffee and making small talk with everyone. He seemed to want to make sure everyone was having a good sales and service experience. What words would I use to describe my salesman Art? Friendly, personable, talkative (but also listens to the customer), knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, cares about the customers needs and zero pressure. What I really like was that Art worked with me and not against me! Would I recommend Callaremi and Art. Yes, highly. Would I buy from them again? Yes!
