I had my car towed to the dealership for a flat tire. Jay assisted me and he was very good and honest. He updated me about my car every 5-10 mins I was only there for about 45 to 1 hour. Jay let me feel very happy and really took care of me. He is a great service director!

I purchase a vehicle every three years, so I have visited numerous dealerships in my life. This is the first time I actually knew the total price of the vehicle (taxes, fee, etc.) out the door price, even my monthly payment, before visiting the dealership, By the way, I did all this without one single phone call, did everything online (sign of the times) and paid exactly what they quoted me NO BAIT AND SWITCH... a special thanks to Tina Bilokin and of course can't forget Pat Masone for giving me the best rate. At Prestige Volvo they have the whole package.

From management to sales to service personnel, this is an incomparable dealership! Special kudos and thank you goes to Service Director, Jay Rosen for always being there to accommodate the customer's needs with a smile, Assistant Service Manager, Patricia Sommerville, Salesperson Deborah Amster and of course General Manager Matthew Haiken! Together they are a great team, and each of them makes being a Prestige customer a pleasure! I cannot recommend this dealership and their professionals highly enough!
